one of the following:
 Online Employee Training Vendor
 Career Coach
 Performance
Management and Improvement Program – can include gamification
 Or similarly oriented training and development vendor
Write a 4-5 page paper which includes the following: 1. Introduce the resource that you located – what claims do they make on their
website?
2. What is the target employee population for the performance
management/training resource that you located?
3. What are the specifics on how this company/organization delivers their training?
4. If
you chose to implement this particular performance
management/training/development resource, what types of
improvements would you expect to see in your target employee population?
The assignment should be type written, double spaced, approximately four (4) to five (5)
pages in length.
You will include links to the different features that the company has, and should expect
to show 4-6 separate links from their website, however most of the paper should
