After reading the Declaration of Independence and Chapter 2 (read them if you haven’t yet), answer the following:
What prior philosophers influenced Thomas Jefferson in the writing of the Declaration of Independence?
Which of their concepts are included and why are they important?
Why are these concepts relevant today?
Submissions should be written at the college level, documenting any outside sources you use (including the textbook). Submission should be at least 800 words ( no penalty for going over, but will be a penalty for under).
