What qualities in a company encourage you to work for them?

I am 17 years old (African American male) and have worked as
a courtesy clerk at a local grocery store for 18 months. During my time as a
young employee, I have experienced what I like about the company I work for and
more importantly what I don’t like. Some of the qualities that would encourage
me to work for a company is:
