What things do you see taking place in your example that you learned from the course?

Think of any group of people in the Bible that underwent a significant change led by a prominent leader. You can use common examples such as Moses or Jesus, but there are many others to consider such as many of the Prophets or Apostles. There may even be others, such as Esther, who you may not have thought about.
Using the concepts learned from the course regarding leading organizations through change, discuss the processes you see taking place in both the leader and the group. What things do you see taking place in your example that you learned from the course? How do you see the group and it’s leaders demonstrating all or parts of change models you have learned? For example, you might consider Kotter’s 8 step model, Lewin’s 3 step model, or even a model you find from another source.
