“The goal of the Final Program Document is to produce a written overall Plan that could be handed to another Porgram Mgr so she/he could take it and execute the benefits of the Program that you have selected. This Document will not accomplish that goal. From your other work, I believe that you know and understand Program management. However, in this paper, you are tasked with providing a comprehensive of your chosen Program, with detailed analysis about all the Sections required. What you have provided is good general background and guidance information, but it doesn’t include the specifics about your Program. The Intro/Exec Summary should tell the reader what the Program is about, what the outcomes & benefits will be, and the value (over cost). And the Financial Mgmt section should explicitly identify the costs (or $$ good ball-park estimates) along with who ultimately controls it, and how the costs-benefits of variances, EVM, CPI, SPI, etc. will be reported. Stakeholder Plan would have a full list of stakeholders with a Program-specific RACI/RASCI chart and/or a Power-Interest grid. If you want to re-do the Assignment, I will give you some credit for any improvements that you make to meet the above specs”.
