Homework #1 consists of a few “Intro to Databases” short answer questions, a few ER diagram interpretation questions, and a few ER diagram creation problems. Write a few sentences on each of the short-answer questions (two total), briefly provide the solutions to the ER diagram interpretation questions (three total), and create ER diagrams for the following four scenarios. Make sure to read each question and description carefully. Your ER diagrams should reflect all the entities, relationships, and attributes mentioned in the text descriptions. If you make any assumptions, please specify (and clearly indicate) them alongside the corresponding ER diagram. You may need to add a primary key if one hasn’t already been specified in the mini-world description.
