Write a reflection paper on Tim Cook and his book “The Genius Who Took Apple to the Next Level.”

Write a reflection paper on Tim Cook and his book “The Genius Who Took Apple to the Next Level.” This paper is soley a biography/reflection paper on Tim Cook and his book, “The Genius Who Took Apple to the Next Level”. These are suggestion given by the Professor for the paper:

Some students have asked for guidance in completing their case study of a failed or successful business or leader.
Below, please find some suggestions.
What is your thesis or point you are making about your choice.
You also might ask your person or company understood the differences between MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP?
To help us understand the difference(s) we can use some patterns of successful leadership models:
USING THE FIVE PRACTICES OF EXEMPLARY LEADERSHIP:
*MODEL THE WAY: Did you choice not practice what they “preached” or did they get their hands “dirty” working with their people?
A leader works twice as hard as an employee but not in a bullying manner, but in a challenging but inspiring manner.
*INSPIRE A SHARED VISION: Did your choice motivate through fear or trust? Think McGregor’s Theory of X or Y.
*CHALLENGE THE PROCESS: This is an expansion of “thinking out the box” in that the leader exhibits a blend of creativity and practicality.
*ENABLE OTHERS TO ACT: Does your choice allow others to take the initiative or do they micro manage?
*ENCOURAGE THE HEART: Does your leader constructively criticize? Do they listen not only with their ears but also with their intuition? Are they wise, or emotionally intelligent?

I would suggest you blend your insights from your own reading of the real or proper bio of your subject,
with those listed above.
In addition, you can use the other course document, “Failed leadership, our work on values, and Kohlberg’s model of moral maturity.
Perhaps as a conclusion, ask, would you model yourself after your choice?

More things that could help guide the paper (some of these maybe repeating from the professors suggestions these are just my own notes):
Some things to think about while writing my thesis:
A flawed leader
What is their motivation for their work? For their success? Is it ego or is it a combo of
ego and altruism?
Do leaders have to be perfect?
Are they an exemplary leader?
Did your choice effectively mentor others?
Servant leadership
Relationship oriented leader
Giving back to society
Passive aggressive
Volatility
Is your choice learning from their mistakes/weaknesses?
How does your leader deal with change?
Improvisational change
Change agent for all of our culture
Technology, organizational, or cultural change agent
Welcome or avoid change? Fall somewhere in the middle?
How does your choice feel about globalization?
