Write a subjective, comparative analysis of three careers in which you are interested.

Instructions
Write a subjective, comparative analysis of three careers in which you are interested. Identify the criteria you will use to compare the careers, such as working hours, annual salary, training, or educational requirements, job satisfaction, and so on. Find information about each career by conducting research. Consider using the Occupational Outlook Handbook on the Bureau of Labor Statistics website for information, and consider interviewing people who have worked in the careers you are analyzing.

Your analysis will consist of factual data, subjective experiences, and finally, your conclusion about which of the three jobs best fits your life goals. Cite any research you use in MLA style. You can use Citefast.com to create your Works Cited page quickly and correctly.

Rough Draft
I am interested in becoming a journalist, a lawyer, or a teacher. All three of these careers require excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work well under pressure. Journalism is a career that allows me to be creative and tell stories that matter. I will need to be able to work quickly and accurately under deadline pressure and find and develop stories that are interesting and important to my audience. Lawyers play a vital role in our society, protecting the rights of individuals and businesses and ensuring that justice is served. If I become a lawyer, I can expect to work long hours and be under a lot of stress, but I will also be able to help people in need and make a difference in the world. Teachers play a fundamental role in the development of our young people. If I choose to become a teacher, I can expect to work hard to prepare lessons and create a positive learning environment for my students. I will also need to be patient and can motivate and inspire my students.

Comminet from teacherThis is was supposed to be a paper, composed in Word, and attached correctly so that I could go in and grade it. You have not submitted it correctly. While I will look at this, I will NOT grade a paper that is submitted in this way.

This is not an essay at all, really. You are telling me what you would do, but you didn’t really do it completely. I’m not sure what to say about this. You should have written an introduction with your criteria and job possibilities, then looked at each of those jobs, using the criteria you gave me.

Your in-text citations are not all correct. I really don’t care what paragraph the information comes from. But, for example, you cite “Indeed” when you should have cited the title of the article, since there is no author. Same goes with the ladder one. “Insights” is not the writer, so you would start with just the article title.
