Briefly, what was the paper about? (1-3 sentence) (2pts.)

What was the author(s) research question? Form of a question, like Jeopardy. (1 sentence) (2pt.)

Methods: What did the author(s) do to test their research question? (This should include information on participants, measures, and tasks.) How did they control for third variables? (at least 5 sentences) (5pts.)

Results: What was/were the author(s) results? What did they find in their study? (This should refer to the differences between conditions/groups). (at least 3 sentence) (3pts.)

Discussion: What was/were the author(s) conclusions? (should be in the discussion, which is based on the results). What inferences can we make from these results beyond the present study? What have we learned about human behavior in general? (at least 3 sentence) (3pts.)

Provide at least 1 positive critique about the paper (should focus on how the study was conducted). What did they do that strengthened their study? This should not be something like, the paper was easy to read, or they did a good job. Most published articles, confirm their hypothesis. So, stating that they confirmed their hypothesis will not be accepted as a positive critique. (3pts.)

Provide at least 1 negative critique of the paper (should focus on how the study was conducted). What could they have done to strengthen their study? This should not be something like, the paper was difficult to read, or they need a larger sample size. (3pts.)
