The Remote Workplace – The recent pandemic accelerated a trend towards working remotely, instead of from a centralized office environment. Are employees able to be productive when they were required to work remotely? If yes, what were some measures that helped? If not, what were the reasons? However, your own observation and experiences may suggest these theories are not always so easily found in practice. Not that the potential isn’t there; current evidence suggests that leadership factors such as emotional intelligence and transformational leadership behaviors, for example, can be highly effective for leading nurses and organizations.

In Unit 1, you have covered 3 modules of information on the theory of evolution and you discussed some of the historical progression of evolutionary thought. In this Application module you are given several videos that describe evolutionary processes and thought.
