Org Structure and Culture

The class is about Industrial Psychology and the book is organizational Behavior. The link is: https://open.lib.umn.edu/organizationalbehavior/

Think of a specific workplace you have worked at in the past or currently work for. You can use a volunteer, group project, or research experience if you do not have relevant work experience to draw from. Describe the organizational structure. Was it tall or flat? Did the leadership follow Theory X or Theory Y more closely? Describe the organizational culture. Give examples of organizational values and artifacts that support your description of the culture. This reflection should be 2 pages, double spaced, and use concepts introduced in class and in the textbook.
**Maybe you can use group project as a an experience.

Manson

After reading the chapter and experiencing all that this lesson has to offer you in terms of videos and study aids
you should now be able to respond to the following:
After watching this documentary, you should have a base line understanding of where Charles Mansons
current state of mind is. As mentioned previously, the criminal psychologist doesnt ask Manson too many
questions, there is a reason why she is doing this. She is allowing him to carry on the way he is to attempt
and get a true analysis on his mental state of mind.
However, pay attention to the questions that she does ask and the responses that he provides. You should
discover that most of his responses have absolutely nothing to do with the questions she is asking him.
