Discuss any gaps you found in the literature and include areas for future research as discussed by the researchers in the literature you reviewed.

Choose a behavior to increase and research the current applied literature that uses interventions based on the basic theories and principles that you discussed during your Week 3 assignment. If you are unsure if your behavior is appropriate to use, please reach out to the instructor for additional assistance. Using Canva (Canva.com), create a free account and use a brochure template of your choosing to create your assignment. There are multiple free templates to use. You can also create your own using other software options if you would prefer. The brochure should discuss a behavior to increase, a way it can be operationally defined, and the current literature that uses intervention strategies based on the theories you discussed in your Week 3 assignment. Make sure to include the following components:

Include an engaging title that will capture the interest of your reader.
Provide a brief overview of the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and how it relates to radical behaviorism. Include the seven dimensions as outlined by Baer et al. (1968).
Discuss the importance of data collection, dimensional measurement, and the use of basic principles to create technologies to change behavior.
Identify the socially relevant behavior of interest and define it using a topographical or functional definition. Include a proposed measurement system that describes the relevant dimension(s) of measurement.
Provide a succinct discussion of the current applied literature that uses technologies informed by the theories you discussed in Week 3. These articles should be, at a maximum, no older than seven years.
Discuss any gaps you found in the literature and include areas for future research as discussed by the researchers in the literature you reviewed.
Discuss the ethical considerations of the intervention strategies, making reference to the Belmont Report and the BACB ethical code of conduct.
Complete your brochure with a compassion mission statement outlining how you, as a clinician, will be using these strategies to promote ethical and compassionate service delivery. Make sure to cite the Capella Compassion Code.
Note: Design the brochure with visually appealing elements: images, icons, infographics, etc. Remember this is not a paper, so your sentences need to be complete and professional, but concise. The language you choose needs to be technical and valid, but also approachable and client friendly. This is an opportunity to practice how to balance your professional writing.

How could the mission statement be changed in order to foster a TSC?

The requirements of a mission statement that will foster a Total Safety Culture (TSC) are described in Table 2.1 in the textbook. (I’ve included a screenshot PDF that you can refer to). You will be reviewing an organization’s mission statement and evaluating it in terms of the goals of a TSC. Read the mission statement of an organization where you work or have worked in the past, or the mission statement of an organization that someone you know has worked for; alternatively, you may go online to view the mission statements of one or more companies for discussion (search “company name” mission statement). How well does the mission statement that you are reviewing meet the requirements stated in Table 2.1, including that it should “Promote the goals of a Total Safety Culture philosophy that safety is not a priority than can be reordered, but is a value associated with every priority.” Does the mission statement take account of factors associated with the environment, with the person and with behavior? How could the mission statement be changed in order to foster a TSC? Since mission statements are typically brief, you may find safety issues addressed in a separate document, often written by a safety committee, that may or may not be considered part of the overall mission statement. If this is the case, do the contents of the document and where it is located relative to the mission statement meet the requirements of a TSC?

CTCH 605 FICBANK to analyze their data collection mechanisms.

You have been tasked again by FICBANK to analyze their data collection mechanisms. Read this page and go through the linked resources for a more in-depth understanding of log collection, management, and analysis to understand the narrative that you will be following for the assignment in this unit.
Read FICBANK’s Email request and use the Project 2 Exercise Instructions to understand what needs to be done on this project. Once you understand the instructions, use the questions and files located in the Project 2 Hands-on Exercisesto complete the log analysis.
This assignment will familiarize you with performing log analysis across multiple technologies. You should allocate 6-7 hours to perform these tasks. You should also ensure that you are taking proper notes and screenshots during the exercises to complete your Security Monitoring Data Analysis Template and Security Assessment Report. Some students choose to screen-record their progress during the exercises, so they can take screenshots from the recording afterward.
