Technology tools have a place in all academic areas so teachers need to know how to select the best tools and utilize them to support the learning objectives.
In classrooms that incorporate STEM, it is important to use a variety of teaching strategies and technologies that encourage students’ development of critical thinking and problem-solving. Creating learning experiences that incorporate project-based learning and all components of STEM into one lesson is a vital aspect of instruction.
Part 1: STEM Lesson Plan
For this assignment, select a grade level and design an original project-based lesson plan using the “COE Lesson Plan Template” located in the College of Education site in the Student Success Center and the “Class Profile” in order to differentiate to meet the diverse needs of all students.
