Information found on the Internet can vary substantially in terms of its quality. The purpose of this assignment is to help you systematically evaluate the quality of website information and determine its usefulness in guiding your own practice, or the health-related decisions of clients.
Select a health-related website that is of interest to you and/or to the clients in your workplace. Use the criteria described in Unit 9 (Consumer Health Informatics) for determining validity of health information on the web; include other relevant supportive literature; and critique the quality of the information found on that website. Think critically about each criterion listed and why it is deemed to be important. For each criterion, ask yourself, “So what?” More specifically, consider the following:
Why is this criterion important?
What are the assumptions underlying the question posed?
How does this criterion assist the user in evaluating the quality of the health information on the website?
Would you apply the criterion with equal rigor regardless of the underlying intent of the website? Why or why not?
If not, which of the criteria do you consider to be of most importance? Of least importance? Provide rationale for your responses.
It is not sufficient to simply state that the website does or does not meet a specific criterion. Consider also how the quality of the information on the website is affected by its ability (or failure) to comply with the stated criteria. In other words, your critique should address the preceding questions and provide a balanced view in discussing the strengths, limitations, and areas for improvement of the website.

Ronald McDonald House: Staffing Plan
The organization that I chose to do the staffing plan on is the Ronald McDonald House.
You are tasked with finding an organization to work with to create a 3-5 year staffing plan. It can be your current employer
(or business if you own one), it can be for a local organization you are involved with (for instance, I saw a student do an
excellent project for the printing company her organization used that was seeking to grow. That firm is now not only a great
place for printing in her town, but since then has grown to a well known publisher of medical and sports texts which are filled
with complex images), or it can even be for a volunteer organization (example- how a boy scout or girl scout council will recruit and develop leaders for the troops).
You will need to learn the organization’s structure, it’s function areas and how those are divided into different positions,
turnover rates, projected growth in current and new operations (or functions) in order to make your projections. You will need to research what positions the organization has (or wishes to have) using O*NET and other resources so that you can determine which of these can be filled internally through employee development. You also need to learn about the company’s current
rates of internal development and promotion, and see if the organization wishes to continue these rates or wish to increase the number of opportunities for advancement for current employees.
I expect there to be tables that show current employment numbers and anticipated future numbers for each of the 3-5 years (predicted growth) as well as the number of annual replacements. I expect to be able to see how the growth and turnover rates
are affecting your annual numbers. You are to devise plans for internal development and advancement to your client’s desires, and then provide additional information and recommendations that will help the client in the other positions beyond what they are already doing (thus you must summarize their current recruitment efforts in your report as well). You are expected to justify and provide support for all recommendations.

Data analytics is defined as “the science of examining raw data, removing excess noise from the data set, and organizing the data with the purpose of drawing conclusions for decision making.” (Richardson, et al., 2021, pp. 251). Data analyst s provides a way for businesses to cipher through big data. Big data is information too large for a company or single individual to comprehend or correctly apply by themselves. The technology behind data analytics makes big data (Raw data) usable for companies. The complexity revolved around big data makes it almost impossible to navigate. This is where data analytics software and processes become effective.
Data analytics has many great aspects but can also be costly. First, it can be very expensive to prepare a software or process that is able to decipher the large amounts of data being obtained. It is also expensive to produce the data itself. These costs sometimes steer companies away from attempting to use, process, and produce these large amounts of data. However, applying data analytics could vastly improve a business’s strategic business planning. It directly affects the success and operational capabilities of an organization. “In addition to producing more value externally, studies show that Data Analytics affects internal processes, improving productivity, utilization, and growth.” (Richardson, et al., 2021, pp. 252). Data Analytics can be applied to many different products and markets as well. “Data Analytics is used in many different areas such as biology, econometrics, epidemiology, social science, social media, cyber security, and so on.” (Angelov, et al., 2017). Ultimately, data analytics is a great tool for any business to apply.
respond to Christiana Whisker in 100 words
First, I want to explain what business analytics are. There are a few different ways that we define and explain just what it is. The way that our textbook defines it is, “we define business analytics as the science of examining raw data, removing excess noise from the dataset, and organizing the data with the purpose of drawing conclusions for decision making. Data analytics is useful for a business to examine patterns and trends in large datasets.” (Richardson et al., 2021. p.251) There are many different ways that accountants can use data analytics to help improve different business processes. One of them being they can help manage the risk that a business might take and even manage the setbacks that it may suffer. Another one being to help enhance security, help each customer get a personalized experience, or even give some influence when it comes to making decisions. While doing some research, I found an article that explains data analytics as, “it’s a process that, when utilized correctly, provides a 360-degree view of the problem being solved, allowing decision-makers to make the best decision with the best information available. Accountants use data analytics to help businesses uncover valuable insights within their financial statements, reduce costs, identify process improvements that increase their efficiency, and better manage risks. Prior to the growth in data analytics, enabling a business or clients to reach their goals has been a manual and time-consuming process based predominantly on institutional knowledge and relationships. By understanding and mastering data analytics, accountants can future-proofing their career, expediting the learning curve, regardless of the career path they choose. Professionals in public accounting can use these analytical skills to make sense of the massive quantities of financial information available to evaluate business performance, identify and manage risk, and analyze customer behavior to anticipate market trends more efficiently and accurately than ever before.” (Castonguay, 2021)
sexual equality
Discuss one of the following issues: the wage gap, sexual equality (including LGBTQ+ issues), or criminal justice concerns (#blm, for example). Explain the situation as it has developed over the last few years by including one or more specific case or example (ie, the murder of George Floyd or trans women in competitive sports).
