1. Identify and explain 3 different specific situations that could create negligence risks/liabilities for Clean in its public facility. Explain why/how each situation creates possible negligence liability

2. Develop and explain policies and/or procedures Clean could implement to prevent or minimize the negligence risk/liability for each situation discussed in 1 above.

Part II. Policies and Procedures

1. Policy/Procedure for Negligence Risk Situation 1

2. Policy/Procedure for Negligence Risk Situation 2

3. Policy/Procedure for Negligence Risk Situation 3

Remember you are the “presenter” and, as such, you will be reading your Speaker Notes the same way you would a presentation paper. (The “narrative”, which is a clear, complete explanation of the content and points you are making, goes in the Speaker Notes). The Clean owners (audience) will be looking at the slides which should include highlights and illustrations of your comments for that slide. The slide content should align with the narrative in the Speaker Notes. (See the attached PowerPoint sample.) Sample PowerPoint Slide

HINT: Many presenters will compose their presentation first, then divide it into the PowerPoint slide format by placing the narrative on the Speaker Notes area of each slide and using the slide itself to underscore important points.
Alternatively, some presenters create an outline of their presentation, then paste elements of the outline onto the PowerPoint slides. They then compose the narrative in the Speaker Notes to describe and expound on the slide.

Briefly describe why this approach is important for your research.

The report requires to conduct an interview with 10 questions and lasting around 35 minutes. I have attached the Research Proposal for this report, in the uploaded files. You will need it for this report. I also attached the 10 questions in a powerpoint in the uploaded files and you need to make up some answers for the interviewee. Under each question I wrote something that might be useful for answers. I marked them in red color. You can choose to go with them or think of something else. The entire interview is required to be transcripted with around 1500 words and attached in the Appendices, which you need to come up with based on the interview questions. For the conceptual approach/ theoretical approach required for the interview, I chose the ‘Actor-Network’ Theory. And I will attach the class slides and related readings in the uploaded files as well. The theory should be engaged in Methodology part and Interview Interpretation part of the report.

Final report: rough guide, structure and word count
1. Title Page (not included in word count)
2. Table of contents (not included in word count)
3. Introduction: describe research project and conceptual approach (250 words)
4. Literature review (550 words). You may use some of the literature you have used in research proposal (which is in the uploaded files) and add more literature relating to your research area. (Such as how mukbang videos make people addicted, or what influences can they do to audiences)
5. Methodology (200 words) Describe your conceptual approach and talk about qualitative research and that you have chosen one interview partner for a semi structured interview with 10 questions, lasting 35 minutes.
6. Discussion & Analysis: Interpretation for the interview from the perspective of your theoretical approach(1400 words)
(Go for Qualitative research, semi structured interviews, and ‘Actor-Network’ Theory.)
7. Conclusion (200 words)
8. Bib References (not included in word count)
9. Appendices: interview transcription (1500 words)

Conduct your interview, only 1 person to be interviewed/ has to be family or friend, for around 35 minutes.
Transcribe your interview and copy/paste under appendices. (Part 9)
Interpret the interview from the perspective of your theoretical approach. (Part 6)

Further instructions:
Methodology
•Briefly describe key issues of the chosen conceptual approach:
“This study uses qualitative interviews to investigate …. “
Use one or two bib references that help you describe what qualitative research is / what semi structured interviews are
•Briefly describe why this approach is important for your research.
Say something like “this study used purposive sampling and conducted one interview”. ”The interview took place on .. and the duration was 35 minutes.” (Just for examples)

Transcription (1500 words)
What to transcribe:
the entire interview
only language / not ‘hm’ etc.
not any breaks, corrections etc, just plain language
use ‘I’ for Interviewer and ‘R’ for respondent, no mentioning of real
names
to make up the 1500 words and attach in appendice

Interview interpretation (1400 words)
1.Think along your key question and your conceptual approach/use this as main lens for interpretation!
2.From this lens: try to describe a ‘story’ across all responses. What is the specific ‘story’ that is ‘unique’, what is relevant for the respondent and why and what is not (and why ?)
3.Then think about ‘terms’ , ’phrases’ that have been usedthat ‘stick out’, Wording is important, what words are used, how are ‘issues’ ‘expressed
4. Overall ‘theme’ based on subjective ‘experience’

Write an original (cannot copy and paste the content from the website) essay and include, but not limited to, the disease process, symptoms, diagnoses, trends in health care, possible genetics, morbidity and mortality, and case studies.

Lastly, you will submit this
assignment as an upload in any one of the following formats: ppt,
.docx, .pdf, .txt, .rtf, .ppt, and .doc. It is the student’s
responsibility to ensure the correct format. The assignment is attached
to VeriCite which will compute your work’s originality score.
Be mindful
that if your score returns as a yellow or red-colored value, an
automatic zero will be assigned for this work without exception. You
may resubmit a second time with your corrected work before the due date
and time listed on the Course Schedule.
Important Points to Note:
Websites such as Wikipedia.com, Buzzle.com, khanacademy.org,
Scholarpedia.com, and YouTube.com are NOT acceptable for this

What are a few things that should make you skeptical about this article about Obama? (25 points)
Find evidence that either proves or disproves this information by researching it. Briefly summarize it (sentence or two). (50 points)
Find a different and recent news story and question it. NOT THE OBAMA ARTICLE! Give a quick summary of the story with a link, then tell me how you researched it for accuracy, and what you find out (was it true or false). (25 points) NOTE: You will need a clear explanation of how you researched it. Saying “I thought about it and realized it wasn’t true” will not get you points. It’s ok if the information is true, but you need to find something, research it, and then tell me about it.
You don’t have to write a paper. A few sentences for each number (PART 2: 1-3) will work. I recommend you type your answers (number them 1, 2, and 3) in a Word doc and then upload your document

Describe the bone cells that are involved in generation of bone tissue.

Kynndal had just turned two years old. She was a Daddy’s girl who loved to help her Dad wash his motorcycle. She could often be found running around the house making motorcycle noises and would ask her Dad to take her for a ride on his motorcycle. Dad would hold her and let her sit on his bike but he wasn’t ready to take her for a ride yet. She was too small and he feared she would fall off.
Since she couldn’t ride with Dad, for her birthday, Dad got her a battery propelled Lil’ Rider three wheeled sports bike. She was excited to rid her little bike and be like Daddy. On her first ride down the sidewalk, her neighbor’s dog (a big mastiff), ran over to Kyndall to greet her but accidentally knocked her off of the bike. Kyndall started crying and grabbing her leg. Seeing that the left leg had a huge knot, she was rushed to the neighborhood clinic where she was diagnosed with a fracture of the tibia. A pretty pink cast was placed on her leg and she was allowed to go home. A follow up visit to an orthopedic surgeon revealed that no surgery was necessary. Whew!
