Create a teaching resource for a particular subject matter through the lens of UDL and differentiation. Your resource should be something useful to you!Examples:-A collection of guitar riffs for a beginner guitar course. Considerations include auditory and visual teaching materials, varying levels of difficulty, and a range of notation forms for students with ASD and SLD. Collection sites articles on dyslexia and music and excerpts on executive functioning in ASD to support reasons for modes of representation.-A collection of elementary music games. Supports include Board Maker visuals for each song, manipulatives for each song pictures and/or text, and a range of instrumental accompaniments for students via percussion instruments (with standard and graphic notation, as well as rote teaching). Collection sites excerpts from Ch. 5 in Exceptional Music Pedagogy and excerpts on executive functioning in ASD to support reasons for materials.Grading for Final Project:Resource includes materials in at least 3 different formats (for example, if you are compiling beginner recorder materials, there should be at least 3 different ways of presenting the music. This could be auditory example, written standard notation, and color/letter notation) (30 points total, 10 each)Resource includes at least 2 different songs/activities that are culturally responsive and achieve the unit goal (20 points total, 10 points each)Resource includes completed template on adaptations provided (50 points total for completed template, 10 points for each completed question)Comments from CustomerDiscipline: music education

Leading change at Al Asafa in the Gulf
This assessment should be done based on provided case study (Leading change at Al Asafa in the Gulf), the details of the assessment are uploaded for you. Please check the following uploads: 1) MGT510 2022 -Module descriptor and assignment brief (ed) 2) Important 1 3) Important 2 4) Session/lecture 1,2,3,4 materials -maybe will add more later 5) Al Safa case study ( which this assessment should be based on) Additional notes from the instructor: 1) Repeating the information within the case will not get a high mark 2) It should be like analysis using the frameworks that discussed in the class (describe it) – These are available in the session’s materials uploaded 3) Having a slide for (lessons learned) what we could learn from this change? what we can do differently?………etc 4) We should have references for the slides and it should be clear content 5) Write as much as possible in the slide, but not overcrowd the slide, since another external examiner will check it and will attend the presentation so important details should be their. ———————————– Also, I should have additional information or details (like notes under each slide) for the speaker since its a presentation and I need to present it appropriately.
Competencies
To Prepare Review the “Nursing Informatics: Scope and Standards of Practice” learning resource to explore competencies related to nursing practice. Consider the role of competencies in nursing practice. Which competencies may be the most beneficial for project management and nursing informatics? Reflect on which skills you might currently possess and how you might become competent in others. Complete the “Advanced Nursing Informatics Competency Assessment L3/L4 (NICA) Survey” in this week’s Learning Resources to assist you in evaluating the competencies. Explain what competencies are most important and beneficial for your success as a leader in your practice. Be specific and provide examples. Appraise the leadership strategies, addressed in Standard 11, that you might employ to establish a culture that supports new information technology initiatives. Be specific. Analyze whether or not you currently have these skills. Then, explain approaches you might recommend implementing to become competent or more proficient in this skill.
Describing the Sample
Please review and apply the Templeton Family Services https://lms.courselearn.net/lms/content/1570/57289/MSW515/Templeton_Family_Services_v2.html use the data that is presented in an EXCEL file for each of the programs. In each data file, on the first page, identified by the tab in the bottom left hand corner of each sheet of the file, you will find the data. On the second page you will find the codebook. A codebook provides an explanation for each of the variables in the data file. Each column of data in the first page is the data for the variable. On the first row is the variable label. The codebook provides the definition for each variable in addition to the meaning of the codes for the values in the data sheet. Identify the specific variables in one of the EXCEL files that will be relevant to describing the sample. Provide a description of two of the relevant variables. Your description of the two characteristics should demonstrate use of appropriate univariate statistics. The presentation should include two charts or tables that are appropriate to the data that you are describing. Reading Resources Rubin, A. (2013). Evaluative Article Selection & Assessment of Problem Formulation and Intervention
In considering research, social workers must be careful to understand how and for what purposes they can use the findings to inform practice. The comparative analysis you will be critically appraising each of the components of evaluative research articles. you will make judgments on adoption of these interventions for practice. Throughout the assignments it is important to keep in mind that you are not only considering an assessment of the evaluation conducted but considering the presentation of the research report to you, as a consumer of research. Choose an appropriate statistical test for specific forms of data and hypotheses Implement logic and mathematical basis for different inferential statistics. Use computers and the software package SPSS as a tool for data management and hypothesis testing. Select a problem addressed by social workers. Then identify three articles that focus on an evaluation of an intervention that is addressing the social problem. The articles should provide enough information on the intervention, the treatment population (sample) and the details of the evaluation plan sufficiently to make comparisons. The interventions should be from different theoretical perspectives or models of intervention. To ensure that you are using the correct evaluative articles please use the following check list Criteria 1. Does the article describe an intervention? Does the intervention include: a. How long the intervention lasts? b. How frequently participants receive the service? c. Does the article describe the activities in the intervention? 2. Does the article describe the sample receiving the intervention? 3. Does the article describe the evaluation of the intervention? a. Does it identify the outcome? b. Does it describe the outcomes (results)? 4. The article IS NOT a Meta-Analysis (Comparing several interventions)? If your article meets all the above, you will seem to be in great shape. Thoroughly reviewed the three articles write a comparative analysis paper that considers the following key areas listed below. 1] Problem-Problem addressed by the intervention is identified and supported empirically. The problem is narrowed, and specific antecedents are identified. 2] Theory-Theoretical foundation for the intervention or model is explicit, including key concepts that are mechanisms of action for the intervention. 3]Intervention Structure-The intervention structure is fully explicated to the point that it could easily be replicated. 4] Hypothesis-The hypothesis is stated, and variables are easily identifiable. 5] Outcomes (Variables)-The outcome variables are identifiable and conceptually tied to the problem statement or theoretical foundation for the intervention. Code design Journal
The purpose of the Codes Design Journal is to give students an opportunity to observe use of building codes, standards, and guidelines in practice.
I’ll upload the building file I selected
Each week you will review building plans with a focus on the Code Specifications. Additionally, you will add information based on in-person observations along with photos. You will also add feedback from peers on your findings.
For this week:
(1) Select one of the buildings listed under Files: Identify which building you selected.
(2) For the building you selected, select one public space in the building. Describe the Fire Protection System to protect the occupants. For example:
To detect a fire in a building or space
To warn the occupants
To suppress the fire until the fire department arrives.
The system reacts when a fire is detected:
Detects the fire
Warns the occupants
Suppresses the fire
A complete fire protection system includes:
Detectors
Alarms
Suppression or extinguishing systems
(3) Photograph the sprinkler system in two different buildings. Describe the sprinkler heads in one or two sentences. For example:
First, familiarize yourself with the Foundation Logic Model Development Guide that is located in the Additional materials.
