Discuss concerns from regulatory agencies.

Reflect upon the patient experience,
patient safety, and healthcare cost as well as Joint Commission’s role in
quality healthcare. Write a paper that addresses the following questions:
How would you
apply the principles of the Triple Aim initiative to improve quality,
safety and satisfaction in the acute care or long-term care setting?

Reflect on
your current or future role in healthcare. How you would you, in the role
of director of nursing or healthcare administrator contribute to improving
cost effective quality care, patient satisfaction, and patient safety?
What practices
would you apply to minimize medical errors among front-line nursing staff?
OVERVIEW
The Institute for Healthcare
Improvement (IHI) Triple Aim Initiative serves to change health care delivery
by
(1) improving the patients’ experience of
care;
(2) improving the health of populations; and
(3) reducing the per capita cost of health care
(Nickitas, Middaugh, & Feeg, 2019). This week’s module explores how we can
improve the patient care experience, increase the quality of care, reduce the
cost of care thereby improving the health of the populations. In addition, we
will examine the concept of implementing patient/person-centered care (PCC) in
our current healthcare practice. The role of the Joint Commission and other
regulatory agencies, and patient and healthcare worker safety will be a major
focus. Quality measurements such as patient satisfaction surveys and error
control mechanisms will be explored.
Module Goals
·
Explain relevant theories of error as they
relate to patient care.
·
Apply error management strategies from other
professions to healthcare.
·
Explain how error management can produce cost
savings for the healthcare organization.
·
Discuss concerns from regulatory agencies.
·
Examine the global impact of national
initiatives on quality care Learning

Be sure to include startup and operating expenses in your budget, as well as nursing care expenses and revenues that connect with the product or service.
Calculate the budget ratios as directed in the Healthcare Budget Request Workbook Step-by-Step Guide.
Create the budget graph as directed in the Healthcare Budget Request Workbook Step-by-Step Guide.
Part II: Summary of Budget Analysis and Interpretation of Results:
Create a brief (1- to 2-page) description of your budget and analysis that clearly describes the budget.
Over the course of 5 years, is there an estimated surplus or deficit?
What percentages of the budget are dedicated to various categories you have defined, such as startup costs, etc.?
How does nursing care contribute to both the revenues and expenses for the proposed product or service?
What does this budget mean for your organization?

Write an op-ed piece, you must give your reader a reason to continue reading your paper.

as you think about your op-ed paper, you must entertain this thought. How
will you make your reader interested right away in reading your paper?
How will your introduction not only pull your readers in and grab their
attention, but also show them that what you have to say is important
and worthwhile to read in full?
When
you write an op-ed piece, you must give your reader a reason to
continue reading your paper. One of the first ways to do this is to
write an introduction that is interesting and thought-provoking. In
addition, you must state your position and do so clearly and in a way
that makes your reader want to continue .Before you start, explain it briefly.

Discuss the methodology, the ethical standards, and the outcomes of each study.

2. Discuss the methodology, the ethical standards, and the outcomes of each study.
3. Evaluate ethical standards, usefulness of research design, and whether there are foreseeable practical benefits.
4. Use a minimum of 7 highly credible sources, including your text. All sources must have a listed author and date of publication. Do not use personal experience or opinion, personal interviews with other people, or any other anecdotal evidence. Do not use Wikipedia or other .com or .net websites.

What motivates their actions and what do they hope to gain?

Authority—legitimate and illegitimate—is a major preoccupation in The Tempest. Throughout the play the characters usurp power from each other, and some argue that the island is essentially a colony—claimed first by Sycorax and then by Prospero. Choose 2 or 3 examples of usurpation in the play and analyze the characters’ motivations. What motivates their actions and what do they hope to gain? How are some moves to take power explained as legitimate and others condemned as treasonous? Which attempts to seize power are expected and which ones are surprises?
