Write a paper trying to decide which view of the federal government is the most accurate.

Write a paper trying to decide which view of the federal government is the most accurate. The Ratification of the United States Constitution in 1787 was the end result of an effort to strengthen government after recognizing the failures of the Articles of Confederation.
§That effort also recognized the importance of each state to control itself and was fearful of what TOO much governmental power would mean.
§After the Civil War, there was a widespread belief that the Government, far from being a threat to liberty and freedom, had a responsibility to secure these things for citizens. This led to the concept of Civil Rights and the ratification of the 14th amendment.
§Which view of the federal government do you feel is more accurate and why…give some examples throughout history where the government either acted as threat to freedom and liberty…or give some examples that support your argument of government securing it for citizens.

This assignment must be in either a word or google DOC. DO NOT SUBMIT VIA EMAIL. Either submit it on blackboard or bring a copy to class the day the assignment is due. It must be in proper MLA format and must be at least 3 FULL pages of writing in Times New Roman or Arial font.

Case: https://calmatters.org/education/2021/08/california-school-reopenings-quarantine-independent-study/

Explain and evaluate your ability to critically analyze a situation, and make and defend decisions that incorporate public administration theories and research. Through the case analysis, you should demonstrate the following leadership capabilities in the context of human resource management.
· Knowledge about public administration theory, research and practice
· Analytical and critical thinking skills to inform public and community problem-solving and decision-making processes
· An understanding of the ethical basis for public service
· Effective intra-organizational, inter-organizational and public oral and written communication skills
· A respect for and ability to engage the diversity of perspectives and interests involved in local governance
Your response should take the perspective of being an external consultant to the location your case is based in. You were selected because you recently passed your MPA comprehensive exam so they are looking for new and innovative thinking. Your charge is to help public administration leaders re-imagine what their public service commitment is, and how state and local government can restore public trust in government and public decision making. Your case analysis for this course should have responses in the following areas and be focused on human resource management:

A summary of the pertinent facts of the case. Identify the relevant information presented in the situation, including, for example, the context/environment, participants, issues, and key decisions needed and made. This discussion should be brief.
An assessment of the situation. How does the situation relate to broader issues, theories, concepts and principles discussed throughout the MPA program? Identify the relevant theories or principles that help explain or analyze the situation. Use relevant literature from this course and also from other MPA courses.
A recommended course of action. In your role as a consultant, develop a set of recommendations to address the issue moving forward and to prevent a similar situation from occurring in the future. Discuss the challenges these recommendations might face and how these challenges can be mitigated.
A reflection on lessons learned. What can be learned from this case in the context of public administration that might apply to other cases, situations or settings?
A bibliography. Include a list of sources used in the analysis

The paper should show revisions to my paper that’s attached. I provided:
an introduction, summary of facts and partial assessment of the case that is to include an analysis of 2-3 important HRM dimensions. Paper of 6-8 pages long (not including a reference page, cover page or appendices), double spaced and using 12 point arial or times new roman font, 1 inch margins and a reference page with at least 4 references from the course reading material (not including the case study).

I need the paper to NOW include:
an additional 1-2 dimensions in the assessment portion, recommendations addressing the dimensions and a lessons learned section. Paper has the same requirements as above except the page length is to now be 10-12 pages (not including a references, cover page or appendices) and include at least 14 references from the course material (not including the case study) or beyond:

Write a research paper on the Future of College Education

Write a research paper on the Future of College EducationAs the pandemic seems to be decreasing in threat, colleges and their students are now left with a

decision about how education should be carried out in the future. Some want to see an

immediate return to in-person classes. Some want to continue with online education. Some

want a hybrid and/or hyflex options.

For this essay, assume that the pandemic continues to decline and future waves of COVID are

not an issue (wishful thinking, I know).

Write an essay that argues whether colleges should primarily return to in-person classes,

continue with online classes, or experiment with hybrid and/or hyflex classes. Assume that

colleges may offer all three formats of classes, but argue what one format the majority of their

classes should adopt. Your argument should aim at what is best for students in general, not just

yourself. Your argument should center on a series of body paragraphs that each focus on one

strength or advantage of the format you are supporting. You should have a counterargument

paragraph that presents and responds to an argument about the major weaknesses of your chosen

format. Personal experience may help you form your ideas, but personal experience should not

be used in the essay. Instead, find good sources to provide ideas, examples, evidence, data, etc.

What is the price point at which your competitors are selling, and what segment of the market are they aiming to reach?

Marketing
Plan

Expectations:
· All papers are due on 4/27
· Presentations start 4/27 to 5/9

Details:
You will be responsible for creating a Marketing Plan for a
product or service that you will Market.
· The
paper should be 5–7 pages.
· The
paper should be doubled spaced with one-inch margins
· You
will also be responsible for an oral presentation.
· MLA
citation format for references.
· Your
presentation should include 1-2 PowerPoint slides summarizing the information about
your product or service.

Components
of a Marketing Plan
1. Market research. Research is
the backbone of the marketing plan. Identify consumer buying habits in the
industry, market size, market growth or decline, and any current trends.
2. Target market. A well-designed
target market description identifies your most likely buyers.
3. Positioning. What is the
perception of your brand in the marketplace? For example, if your restaurant
sells burgers, do customers see you as the place to go for gluten-free or
healthy options or the place to go if you’ve got an appetite for a double
cheeseburger? The difference in how the target market sees you is your
positioning. Develop compelling branding and marketing messages that clearly
communicate how you want to be perceived.
4. Competitive analysis. You need to know
who your competitors are and how your products and services are different. What
is the price point at which your competitors are selling, and what segment of
the market are they aiming to reach? Knowing the ins and outs of your
competitors will help you better position your business and stand out from the
competition.
5. Market strategy. Your marketing
strategy is your path to sales goals. Ask yourself “How will I find and attract
my most likely buyers?” It should look at the entire marketplace and then break
down specific tactics including such as events, direct mail, email, social
media, content strategy, street teams, couponing, webinars, seminars,
partnerships, and other activities that will help you gain access to customers.
6. Budget. Develop a month-by-month schedule of
what you plan to spend on marketing. Establish a metric that tells you to stop
if it’s not generating sufficient return on investment (ROI).
7. Metrics. Track your marketing success with Google
Analytics for website conversions and a simple Excel sheet to compare your
budget against the actual ROI. Repeat any programs that are delivering sales or
sign-ups to your email list and get rid of anything that’s not.

Create classroom guidelines for digital behavior in your classroom.

Task: Create classroom guidelines for digital behavior in your classroom.
Criteria:
Includes 5-10 guidelines with a description and/or student prompts for each guideline.
Guidelines should cover both digital literacy/research skills and digital citizenship skills.
Put the guidelines into a format that could be posted to your classroom wall (physical or digital).
Include a brief description of your product including the grade level it was developed for, how it will be introduced and displayed, and any other relevant information about the context (ie. developed for a bilingual classroom, developed for remote learning, etc.)
Guidelines should be put into your own words. If they are closely based on other guidelines, you must give attribution to your sources in the description.

Tips for strong classroom guidelines:
Use visual cues.
State guidelines in the positive.
Avoid guidelines open to interpretation and bias (ie. “respect others”, “do your best,” etc.)
Give students clear, specific information about expectations for each guideline.
Take a mentor, rather than a monitor, approach.
