My topic is about mental health in the homeless population. It has to discuss, how mental health homelessness affects stabled employment, managing household finances and the relationship with individuals

My instructor has asked me to put together a comprehensive annotated bibliography on the similarities and differences between these two religions. I’ve already gathered my three sources but my thesis statement is lacking according to my instructor. I’m including both my introductory paragraph and my thesis below.

Introduction –
Voodoo has been sensationalized by western media and horror movies such as White Zombie
(1932) The typical depictions of Voodoo in popular culture are something that is immoral and
goes against God’s divine will by worshipping fake idols and taking part in black magic like the
fallen angel Lucifer. But Voodoo’s history is deeply tied with slaves that were indoctrinated into
the Roman Catholic religion when they were brought across the seas mostly of African descent.

Thesis –
How has the integration of religious beliefs and practices of slaves and other immigrants shaped modern voodoo and Roman Catholicism?

· Socrates’ Moral Principles
Despite the many reasons that Crito gives Socrates for escaping from prison, Socrates says that he has two moral principles that he has held all of his life (which Crito also says he shares, too). He would be a hypocrite if at this point in his life, even in jail, he broke these moral principles. They are:
1) Never intentionally harm another person.
2) Never intentionally return a harm for a harm received.
Socrates notes that pretty much everyone can get behind principle #1. But he says that practically no one gets behind principle #2. Non-retaliation (Not returning a harm for a harm, turning the other cheek) is not a popular moral principle that people embrace.
In this discussion board, explain your sense of Principle #2 — Never return a harm for a harm received. Are you aware of this principle? Can you live by it? Do you think others can live by it? What if people everywhere embraced it?

Fresh Price Accounting, Inc., is a well-known accounting firm that provides exceptional services to businesses and individuals but is notorious for being a difficult place to work. Employee turnover is at an all-time high and the company recently had a lawsuit filed against them for mismanagement of employees.
To improve, they’ve reached out to you, an HR consultant, to help them identify ways they can change their management of human resources. To learn more about the problems occurring, you’ve done some research by interviewing the employees that work at Fresh Price Accounting, Inc., and have discovered the following complaints made within the last calendar year:
More than 68% of current employees stated that there is little motivation to work harder than what is expected of them.
87% of employees identified in a questionnaire that they felt they couldn’t take extended leave to care for an illness or the illness of a family member for fear they would lose their jobs.

As their HR consultant, you’ve been asked to relay the findings of your research in a brief report. The company’s executives want the report to identify the main issues experienced by the company and provide suggestions for how to make improvements.
