Was this a correct assessment of Federalist actions or did the Federalists have good reason to conduct themselves as they did at the Hartford Convention?

1. As you discovered in Chapter 6, Thomas Jefferson was at the center of the political debate between the Federalists and Republicans. Does it appear from the evidence presented in Chapter 7 that President Jefferson acted consistently with the ideas he had supported before he was president? Explain.

2. After years of suffering from British violations of American neutrality, the United States declared war on Great Britain in 1812. Based on the evidence in Chapter 7, was the war inevitable? Explain.

3. The Hartford Convention was looked upon by many Americans as an act of betrayal in a time of war. Was this a correct assessment of Federalist actions or did the Federalists have good reason to conduct themselves as they did at the Hartford Convention? Explain.
As a reminder, your initial post must be 150 words minimum, and you must write a substantial reply to at least one classmate. Direct quotations must be used sparingly (and cited), and the use of outside sources (i.e. anything other than your textbook or the “Recommended Resources” is this chapter’s module) is strictly prohibited.

Discuss how they affect your community at a micro-level.

Assignment Content
Your experience with inequality has formed part of your personal identity. If we want to develop impartial perspectives about inequality and other social problems, we can review information gathered by groups who try to be objective. As we expand our understanding beyond our personal experiences, we can better communicate with others to either broaden their awareness of a social problem or persuade them to consider the limitations of their own perspectives. Considering different perspectives encourages us to reexamine our own opinions when we work with others to address social problems.

This week’s assignment provides a scenario in which you will consider inequality from different sociological perspectives. You’ll be asked to use the sociological theories you have learned about as you address this scenario.

Scenario:
You belong to a community task force that volunteers to improve social problems. The city council has asked your team to provide a report on social problems at a micro-level (your neighborhood or community) rather than a macro-level (state or country).

The task force has nominated you to put together an Inequalities Report on their behalf to help inform the city’s decisions about solving these problems. For this report, you will select 2 types of inequality that exist in your community and discuss how they affect your community at a micro-level. You will also identify sociological theories that city leaders can consider as they plan for solutions.
complete the Inequalities Report on behalf of your fictional task force.

How well does the author present the issue and the importance of engaging with it? After reading the paper, do you feel like you have a good understanding of the issue?
How well did the author present the points of view of different perspectives involved in this issue? Are their perspectives that you feel were not covered accurately? Are there important perspectives that were left out?
How well does the author present her/their/his perspective on the issue? Do you feel like you have a good understanding of the author’s point of view on the issue? How could the author have better communicated these ideas?
How well does the author integrate outside resources? Do they use appropriate signal phrases and documentation?
If this was your paper, what things would you seek to revise to make it as strong as possible?

Discuss your company’s stance on each of the following areas: Empowering Workers.

Review your chosen (NIKE) company’s mission and values statements as well as other sources that provide insight into the company’s values with regard to social responsibility. Pick two of their primary values and research how the company manifests those values. Simple examples might be the commitment to workplace diversity or ecological sustainability.
Create a 3–5-minute (approximately 6–8 slides) PowerPoint presentation that evaluates how well the company embodies its issue-related values. Your presentation should contain detailed speaker’s notes that flesh out and support main points, ideas, or conclusions and have supporting citations.
Summarize your chosen company’s Supplier Responsibility information.
In your own words, explain how each aspect of your Supplier Code of Conduct is committed to ethical business practices and social responsibility.
Discuss your company’s stance on each of the following areas:
Empowering Workers.
Labor and Human Rights.
Health and Safety.
The Environment.
Accountability.
Identify the key ways that your company’s Code of Conduct has changed since last year.
Examine the manner in which your company’s Supplier Code of Conduct helps the organization operate as a socially responsible organization.
In this week’s discussion, you consider assembling a team to write a supplier code of conduct. Recommend the stakeholders roles (4–5) needed on the team and how each supports the project.

Discuss typical limitations on the tools used and how this may be identified in the report.

First-person ( Tyus)

Hey class,
When it comes down to the process of digital forensics, it is broken into five parts. The five steps are identification, preservation, analysis, documentation, and presentation. For identification, it includes things like the evidence that is present, where it is stored, and how it is stored. Preservation is how it prevents people from tampering with digital evidence using a digital device. Analysis allows for investigators to reconstruct fragments of data and draw conclusions based on evidence. Documentation consists of a record of all the visible data that was collected to help create the crime scene. Lastly, would be a presentation that summarizes the information that was found throughout the process.
There are several challenges that come with digital forensics. Some examples are extensive use of internet access, easy availability of hacking tools, lack of physical evidence, large amounts of storage, and the technological changes that require an upgrade or change to solutions. Digital forensics is important for multiple reasons which are identifying the cause and intent of cyberattacks, the duration of unauthorized access on the network, searching for data access, helping with security hygiene, and finding hacker tools.

Hello everyone,

In this our final discussion board we are discussing the various cyber and digital forensics reports. The typical limitations of these tools and how they can be identified in the report. We are also to discuss typical limitations on the tools used and how this may be identified in the report. The first tool I’ve chosen is EnCase. It is used to recoup proof of attack from the hard drive Besides being very expensive, it can take a long time to process large compound files and mailboxes. Another is X-Ways or XEF, it is a Windows based licensed software. It offers usefulness when it comes to computer forensics. However, the user interface is complicated and it does not support Bitlocker.
In an attempt to identify how the scope of the investigation plays a role in the content of the report. I would have to refer to the article in Infosecinstitute, Identify how the scope of the investigations plays a role in the content of the digital forensics report. It says that finding the right tool to use depends upon the kind or type of case that the forensic investigators are currently working on.

Write a research on stress and how stress affects the body, mind, and brain especially prolonged stress.

Write a research on stress and how stress affects the body, mind, and brain especially prolonged stress. Stress can have devestating effects on all three areas and as I have said in class prolonged stress levels off and we develop copeing mechanisms to deal with it, however at some point the stress results in debilitaing effects not only physical but psychologically and a breakdown occurs. After your research which can be from where ever you chose and does not have to be cited in the writting, write a two to three page essay on how prolonged stress is related to racism of minority goups. Anecdotal examples as well as personal examples should be used. You might write about the stress of being followed in a department store, or being pulled over by the police, please connect the psychology to the circumstance. Please connect the prolonged stress to psychological problems as well as physical problems.

Write a focus on how to begin constructing a proposal to conduct research.

Write a focus on how to begin constructing a proposal to conduct research. As our first step, you will begin working on the early sections of a research proposal:
the Introduction (a brief statement of your question followed by a lengthy, critical review of relevant literature to “set the stage” for your reader);
the Problem Statement (where you detail what gap or gaps exist in our current knowledge and why it is important that we should explore those gaps);
and the Goals (your specific goals in attempting to answer your research question, and what we practically stand to gain by doing so).
This may be the first time you’ve written a proposal, but in many ways a proposal can be approached just as you would a report of completed research. The first step in either process is to clearly define your research question.
Once you have stated what it is you want to know, the next step is to propose a hypothesis — a scientific and informed guess as to what you expect to find. In order to do so, you will need to familiarize yourself with the relevant literature on the topic on which you’ve based your research question.
There is no specific format for how you should set this up, though you should cite properly in APA format. See attached “BiWeekly Response Example” on how to do it.
