3) What were the core issues to the debate over ratification of the Constitution? Identify the following: Federalists, Anti-Federalists, The Federalist Papers, and the Bill of Rights.
4) How did women play a role in the outcome of the Revolution?

Your most memorable (terrifying/pleasing) subway moment.
The most interesting person you met on the subway
The first time you rode the subway alone.

Sarbanes Oxley Legislation and Ethics

Without question “business ethics” is one of the hot topics of the day. Over the past months we have seen business after business charged with improper practices that violate commonly accepted ethical norms. This has led to a loss of confidence in corporate management, and has had severe economic consequences. Business ethics serves the important social function of integrating business and society, by promoting the legitimacy of business operations, through critical reflection. The social function of business ethics is implicit in leading business ethics foundation theories. For this question, you will research and respond to questions related to corporate ethics scandals, unethical behavior, and the impact of Sarbanes–Oxley Legislation (SOX). Look for a recent body of research in the area of corporate ethics scandals, unethical behavior, and the impact of SOX legislation. You should be looking for research that differs or improves upon the existing concepts pertaining to corporate ethics scandals, unethical behavior, and the impact of SOX legislation, which you have learned. The research should be from a peer-reviewed scientific journal, trade publication, or professional journal. You can use the Internet to search for a relevant body of research.
Based on your knowledge of corporate ethics scandals, unethical behavior, and the impact of SOX legislation and your chosen research, discuss the following:
• The role of management in setting the organizational tone relative to ethical behavior.
• What should subordinates do when managers act unethically or encourage them to engage in unethical practices?
• Discuss an example of a corporate ethics scandal other than Enron.
• Based on the above example, discuss why you believe the unethical behavior occurred.
• Based on the above, discuss what the organization could have done to prevent such occurrences either at the time they happened or in the future.
• Discuss whether the provisions of the SOX act will have a positive effect on corporate ethics practices.

Slideshow You may use PowerPoint to create this slideshow, or if you wish, you may use Prezi or some other option. However, PowerPoint is best supported by the resources provided. You are responsible for making your presentation work.
For each assessment you have written in the course thus far, create 8–10 slides that provide a high-level explanation or summary. In other words, you should create a minimum of 16 slides, plus a title slide, introduction slide, conclusion slide, and references slide. Use a clear and concise structure.
Title slide: On the first slide, enter:

You will likely need to revise your previous work so it flows for your presentation and meets the specific criteria for the presentation.
Conclusion slides: Briefly summarize your presentation. Provide a concise summary about the topics addressed.
Reference slides: List all references cited in your presentation.
All slides should include detailed presenter notes that include what you will say for each slide. Some slides may need to include more extensive notes than others, depending on what you are presenting for that slide. Be sure to include the kind of detail you would present to an audience if you were presenting live to a group. You may use information directly from your previous assessments when writing presenter notes. However, entries should be edited so they are written as if you are speaking to an audience or a potential employer, for example. You can utilize the presenter notes when recording the audio portion of the presentation.
Voice-Over Your presentation should include a comprehensive audio voice-over that presents essential information for each slide. Elements of good spoken delivery include:
Appropriate volume and clear pronunciation.
Avoidance of audible fidgeting and distracting interjections.
A variety of intonation and pacing and appropriate use of pauses.
