Are black holes a threat to mankind?

This paper is for a high school essay (directly translated from swedish). My hole high school diploma is basically reliant on this essay, and the first draft of the paper is due within 2 weeks. Let’s say I could really need some help since I haven’t started working on it and it’s supposed to be aorund 30 pages. The structure should follow the typical structure of a research paper (I guess you already knew that) and should be around 30 pages. I’ve also added the structure my school send out bellow. Citation style should be APA 7th Edition. I don’t believe my school set a required amount of sources so I just put 8 for the sake of it (feel free to use more). I highly appreciate who ever is writing this, thanks in advance. I don’t know if there’s a message feature on this site but if you have any questions you can reach me on my mail (samuel.frodell@gmail.com), altough I don’t check my mail very often I’ll do my best.

The structure my school sent out:

What type of colony according to our classifications? (was it a settler state? an extrative tributary? a geo-strategic state?)

This announcement serves as a reminder for your assignment to be uploaded and submitted on blackboard before class on Monday, February 14th.
Case studies are a way for students to dive deeper into course content while also exploring an area of interest. As a popular format for research in Comparative Politics, students will learn to consider how phenomena experienced by particular places or populations can reflect global patterns. Students are expected to use scholarly sources, data, and media to relate their case to the course concept discussed for that week. Students are encouraged to choose countries with which they are unfamiliar.
For this case study students will consider colonization and it’s implications on current conditions in contemporary countries.
Choose a country from the Global South and answer the following. The CIA World Factbook is a great place to start. Then, do some of your own research via google scholar, the library, etc. to find all the facts. You may write your response either as bulleted answers to each question or cohesively as a paper–whichever format you prefer. Please do not copy and paste from websites and pay attention to plagerism.
Current Country
Pre-Colonial History (what did society look like? were there pre-existing political stuctures? kingdoms? empires?)
Colonial Power(s) (what empire conquered the colony? when? for how long?)
What type of colony according to our classifications? (was it a settler state? an extrative tributary? a geo-strategic state?)
Decolonization Process (peaceful, protests, conflict?)
Current Country Conditions (poverty, inequality, corruption, conflict, etc.)
How do you think colonization contributed to current country conditions?

This is not meant to be a time-consuming assignment. There is no need to spend more than an hour on it. The idea is that rather than reading, we will do an interactive exercise to expose us to new places, narratives, and perspectives.

Philosophy assingment

Consider the two positions, Relativism (especially Conventionalism) as represented by Harman and Objectivism as defended by Pojman. Which position is correct? What is the best argument(s) for this view? In addition, describe the most significant objection to your view as expressed by either Pojman (if you are defending relativism) or Harman (if you are defending objectivism). A good paper will also have a comment (that may be brief) regarding how you respond to the identified objection. Do not use any other sources than those assigned.
Warning: See the syllabus for details on plagiarism. All work must be your own work, with the exceptions of cited quotations or references to assigned readings or notes, which may be identified with a simple parenthetical reference, e.g. (Marquis, p. 12).
LOGISTICS: Your paper should be 150 – 500 words in length.

NIMS Research Paper

In this paper you will use your knowledge of critical incident response policy and the lessons learned from at least two events to evaluate national response policy under the National Incident Management System (NIMS). The focus on your paper is on response policy (NIMS) and its implementation in two events. The paper should develop by first explaining current national response policy and any existing criticism of the system. This should then be tied to lessons learned from the events that you choose. The paper needs to remain tightly focused on issues in incident response. For example, the intelligence failures that led to an incident are outside the scope of the paper. The focus is on analysis of lessons from response operations and the management of incidents. Based upon your analysis you should recommendations on how you would improve or change the system to improve its effectiveness.
You are required to write eight to ten pages of narrative. Other material, such as the cover page, references, graphs, charts, lists, quotes photos, and so forth, do not count toward the page count.
