Below are five (5) basic nursing informatics concepts that need to be explained in a paper. Write your in APA format using the 7th edition of the APA manual. The paper should be no more than 6-7 pages. These 6-7 pages includes the title page, abstract page, body of the paper and references page. Use scholarly articles. Use APA format for all of these pages. An abstract page is a separate page that is a concise summary of the paper’s content. It should be factual and nonevaluative, clear and concise, descriptive, and typically be between 150 and 250 words. All five assessments need to be answered. Write 200 to 300 words for each basic skills assessment. Write at least one reference for each assessment. 1) Choose a search engine for a nursing research assignment. Briefly describe its features and why it is appropriate for your research. Why should you use the library data base rather than a simple google search for a nursing research assignment? 2) Choose one area in your nursing practice in which informatics is used in patient care. Specify one advantage and one disadvantage of using informatics in this scenario. 3) Identify one computer application that can be used to guide evidence based practice in nursing. 4) Give one example on how computer technology can be used to promote interdisciplinary communication among healthcare providers. 5) Describe the uses of mobile computers in healthcare. What strengths and weaknesses of mobile technology can you identify? Identify mobile software that is appropriate for nurses to use in the clinical setting.

Write an annotation to one digital source of your choice.
Write an annotation to one digital source of your choice. An annotation is a summary. Imagine that you are talking to someone and describing a movie that you saw streamed. You would almost certainly describe the plot. That descriiption is a summary. An annotation is a summary, too. So “annotation” and “summary” are close synonyms.
Write an introduction describing what contingency planning is, why it is necessary, and introduce the subordinate functions (i.e., BIA, IRP, DRP, BCP).
When business is disrupted, it can cost money. Lost revenues plus extra expenses means reduced profits. Insurance does not cover all costs, such as lost customers. A business continuity plan (BCP) to continue business is essential. Write a document that can be used for training staff about BCP. 1. Write an introduction describing what contingency planning is, why it is necessary, and introduce the subordinate functions (i.e., BIA, IRP, DRP, BCP). 2. Describe in sequence, BIA, IRP, DRP, and BCP. Make sure each description transitions to the next function. For example, when describing BIA transition to describing IRP by discussing their relationship. Continue the transitions in this manner for all for functions. 3. Provide a resources page that can be used when planning for contingencies.

You are not required to conduct research for papers but if you choose to do so, here are my guidelines on acceptable sources and citation.
Acceptable Sources and Citation: Academic sources are articles and/or books written by scholars in the field you are researching. Non-academic internet websites are not acceptable sources and if utilized, it will be reflected in your grade. Because of the variety of sources, ease of publication, lack of central control and proliferation of commercial information on the internet, it is often hard to tell if the information is reliable. Many sites contain research and information of high quality. However, unlike traditional print publications or library-based electronic resources, there is usually no process of peer review, nor is there an editor verifying the accuracy of information presented on the internet. You may not always be able to find books on your topic at a particular VC library, but you can request them from another location or through inter-library loan. Additionally, you can search online databases (ex. JSTOR, Films on Demand) through the library’s homepage for academic journal articles and visual materials. Librarians are also available to answer questions and assist you with identifying appropriate sources. You must cite all sources in MLA format.
Paper Formatting: Papers should be typed in size 12 Times New Roman font (preferred), double-spaced, with one-inch margins at top, bottom and sides. Grades are based on content, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and your ability to organize and clearly present your ideas in essay format. Please submit your papers in .doc or .docx format. Papers that are replete with grammatical errors and/or poorly structured will receive a lowered or failing grade. I strongly encourage you to proofread your work prior to submission. Write a briefing of potential factors and issues associated with four types of business entities in the context of U.S. contract law.
One of the most common ways in which business managers are involved with business law is in relation to contracts. Organizations of almost any size will most likely need to create, negotiate, review, approve, adhere to, and resolve conflicts associated with contracts. A business determines its legal standing by determining what type of legal entity it should be identified as. The type of legal entity can significantly impact:
How lawsuits can be brought.
How contracts are handled.
How the courts interpret contract.
How the organization enters into contracts.
How the income from the organization’s contracts is taxed.
How liability for breach of contract is assigned.
How the business is sold.
Preparations
For this assessment, assume that you work as a manager in a relatively small, privately-owned U.S. business. The company president (who is also the owner) inherited the company from his mother and has never started a business. He is considering creating a spin-off business (possibly with one or two associates) but is unsure about what form of business entity would be best to use for the new business. It is expected that contracts will play a major role in the success of the business as it utilizes numerous suppliers and distributors. The president knows you took a university-level business law class and has asked you to write a paper analyzing the four most common business entities in the context of contracts to help him decide which type of organization to choose for the new operation.
Research each of the following forms of business entities:
Sole proprietorship.
General partnership.
Corporation.
Limited liability company (LLC).

What liability might the business itself bear, if any?

Analyze the advantages and disadvantages inherent in each of the four business forms with regard to taxation of income.
Step 4: Explain the effects of the type of business entity on the ability to contract for the sale of the business.
