Crime in Context – Hate Crime

To receive full marks, you must fully answer the questions and incorporate material and/concepts from the related chapter in the textbook into each answer. This includes references within the body of your work. Incorporating material from the textbook means that you pull information out of the chapter (not just the crime in context/case in point boxes) and use this information to argue your point. You will then need to CITE the material you used from the textbook. In-text citations for the textbook should look like this (Eisler et al., 2022).

You are required to answer the questions provided in no more than 700 words. This word limit will help you develop the ability to present your ideas clearly and concisely. Please keep in mind that 700 words is roughly two pages and provides plenty of space to provide detailed responses. A few sentences or a short paragraph is not likely enough to incorporate course material into your answers and may result in an incomplete submission. Please list the questions in your response and then provide your answer.

Your paper must include an APA-formatted title page, in-text citations, and reference page. Please refer to the link provided on the course MyLS page for information on how to use APA format.

My research is about the impact of intangible cultural heritage on people’s physical and mental health. The type of publication I want to publish is a comprehensive review of past research literature.

Motivation: Indian yoga and Tibetan medicated bath are the contributions of intangible cultural heritage to human physical and mental health, but the current research on the value of intangible cultural heritage or protection theory lacks interdisciplinary research in this field. Objective: Through the analysis and comprehensive review of the literature, the direction and suggestions for future research are put forward. 1. To organize the intangible cultural heritage research should be related to the basis of physical and mental health, 2. To systematically analyze all the literature. 3. Propose research directions and research suggestions.

Discussion: Conservation of Energy

There are many examples of energy transfer within your daily routine, such as the transfer of chemical energy stored in the food that you eat to chemical energy that your cells can use (ATP), fuel chemical energy in gasoline to kinetic energy to make your vehicle move, or converting electrical potential energy to energy that can light up the screen of an electronic device.
For your initial discussion:

Choose an example from your personal experience and explain the energy transfers and transformations that are taking place.
Do the energy transfers obey the law of conservation of energy? Explain your rationale.
