A key takeaway for you to always remember is that a SWOT is never done; it’s a living document that needs to be revisited each time you revisit your organizational strategy, culture, or anytime a major change is on the horizon. The day you stop worrying about what risks are looming is the day you get caught off guard, much as occurred for many organizations with the recent pandemic, the protests sweeping the nation, and the many natural disasters occurring on a yearly basis. The same is true with opportunities. Stay attuned to your SWOT analysis so that you wont miss those “golden opportunities” when they arise!
So far, you have engaged in discussions on transparency and conducted a SWOT Analysis with your task force. Because SWOT Analyses are so foundational to organizational planning in any field, we want to give you another opportunity to practice, with a focus on your own discipline. While a SWOT Analysis is best done in a group, you will do this one on your own, focusing on a companys ethical dilemma and the consequences faced.
Find a company of interest to you that has gone under or had extensive negative media attention due to unethical decisions (e.g. data privacy mishandling, financial improprieties, denials of service to people from different cultures, responding to protests, other social injustices, etc.). You may know of a prominent organization in your field, or there may be a “notorious” organization in your region that you would like to examine more deeply. Choose one that has enough information in the public domain for you to be able to conduct your SWOT. Use credible media sources on the organization. Then supplement these with your disciplines code of ethics and at least one scholarly peer-reviewed article from the Excelsior Library
(Links to an external site.)
(required) on the ethical issue represented to provide an evidence-based analysis.
In addition to your code of ethics, you may find it helpful to revisit previous modules and speaker sessions to identify some of the issues we have discussed thus far, including codes of ethics, diversity and inclusion, and the multigenerational workplace.
Now that you have gathered your credible source information, use the SWOT Analysis template to conduct a SWOT Analysis on the decision and the alignment or misalignment of its organizational strategy (which would drive the decision) and the organizations stated values.

download
Select three to five of each of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Do not exceed five in any one category.
Once you have completed the actual SWOT Analysis, provide a one-paragraph analysis summary that describes the main findings of your SWOT Analysis. Then add a 2-3 paragraph recommendation for how the organization could have leveraged the strengths and opportunities to choose a different decisionone that might abide more strongly to your disciplines code of ethics.
Your SWOT Analysis should be two to three pages, not including your title and reference pages. Please use current APA standards in all aspects of your SWOT Analysis assignment. Be sure to credit the sources you use to support your SWOT using both in-text citations and a reference page.

an industry that interests you, describe that industry, and explain how
government might impact the industry.
An Example Economic Paper and Economic Paper Template are provided below for this assignment.
Review the Microeconomic Paper Example [DOCX].
Use the Microeconomic Paper Template [DOCX] to help you get started. (Optional).
Instructions
Review your chapter readings and use the resources provided to
develop a 23-page paper on Economic Principles Microeconomics in
which you:
Visit the Census Bureau (NAICS) website and select an industry that has a description. Some of the smaller industries are named, but not described.
The industry could be broad, such as
industry 11 Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing, and Hunting, or it could be
narrow, such as industry 112112 Cattle Feedlots.
The more digits in the industry label, the narrower the industry.
In a few short paragraphs, describe your selected industry using the industry description at the NAICS website.
Be sure to write in your own words. Dont just copy and paste the NAICS text.

supplement this information with what you find in a separate Google
search.
Describe a microeconomic variable for your
industry. Microeconomic variables include prices, sales, production,
advertising, investment, etc.
Include a graph, chart, or table showing this microeconomic variable over time.
You do not need to create this graph,
chart, or table. Find one that has already been created and paste it
into your paper. For example, if your industry is U.S. automobile
manufacturing, Google, U.S. automobile manufacturing over time. Select
the images option. Choose one of the graphs, charts, or tables. Then
copy and paste it into your paper.
Include a reference to the source of the
graph, chart, or table. Microeconomic relationships and market outcomes
are covered in Weeks 24.

What information are you needing to find? What goal are you focusing on?
Introduction:
After completing the Unit 1 Assignment you should have some ideas for potential health goals to work on. Choose one of them you’d like to get more information on (does not have to be the SMART goal you wrote). Is it a fitness goal, maybe you want to find techniques/specific exercises? Is it a time management goal, maybe you’re looking for some life hacks to approach it? Maybe you want to stop smoking, and need to figure out how. Note: you can choose to carry out this goal in real life, but it’s not required. This is a thought exercise.
PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. DO NOT PLAIGARIZE, AND PLEASE SEND ME A REPORT AS WELL. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME
Directions
Using whichever goal you choose, answer the following questions:
What information are you needing to find? What goal are you focusing on?
Find 3 websites with relevant information. Two (2) should be examples of good quality information, and one (1) should have information you wouldn’t necessarily trust. For each:
List the page name and full URL web address
Assess the information PROVIDER: who is in charge of the website? Why are they providing the site? Would you be able to contact them with questions?
Assess the FUNDING: Where does the money to support this site come from? Does the site have advertisements? Are they labeled?
Assess the QUALITY: Where does the information on the site come from? How is content selected? Do experts review the information that goes on the site? Does the site avoid unbelievable or emotional claims? Is it up-to-date?
Assess the PRIVACY: Does the site ask for your personal information? Do they tell you how it will be used? Are you comfortable with how it will be used?
Would you refer a friend/family member to this website? Why or why not?
NOTE: You will probably not be able to answer all these questions for every website. Be sure to note when the information is unknown or missing.
Palliative Care Case Studies
does not need sources – beside the avant and walker article attached that describes each case study. I also attached a sample completed paper, where you can see an example of each case study using a different concept
1. Cases: Student will identify and describe with an example, a model, borderline, related, contrary and illegitimate case demonstrating the defining attributes of the concept. (15 points)
In general, its good to start these with something like According to Avant and Walker a model case .
Construct the case. This means you make it up. Once you tell it, explain why it meets the criteria for the type of case you are constructing. These are stories, we want you to make it up.
A. A Model Case. This is the perfect story about your concept. It contains all of the defining attributes you have described. A reader should say Aha, I get it.
B. Borderline case. This is almost the model. The easiest way to do this is to just remove one of the defining attributes.
C. Related case. This usually is something that is often mistaken for the concept. Sometimes the words might be used interchangeably. So, something like sadness and grief might be confused. Related cases have some of the defining attributes but not all of them. The easiest way to do this is to explain something that is similar but when you dig a little deeper it is not the concept.
D. Contrary case. This case is clearly NOT the concept. An easy way to do this is to think of what the opposite is. So, for the concept of a complex patient, the case would describe a situation where the patient is simple and straight forward.
E. Illegitimate case. The concept is used improperly. Only one or two attributes are present. Or it can be a definition that really is a definition but doesnt fit in the context that you are using your concept in. So, for complex patient one of the definitions for complex has to do with a group of buildings. This is not what we mean in nursing when we think of something being complex.
Argument Paper: Free School Lunches for American Public Schools
In our second essay, students are going to write an argument paper about a recent federal policy change here in the United States. During the pandemic, the Department of Agriculture and Department of Education launched a joint initiative to provide free school lunches to all students in American public schools. In a 6 paragraph, 3-4 page essay, students should pick a side of this issue either for or against continuing to provide school lunches to all students free of cost.

10. Your PPT should have a professional slide background and graphics on each slide. (See rubric)
11. Submit your presentation here in the Assignments section, as a PowerPoint attachment.
12. Please compress your PPT (zip file) if necessary for uploading. There are several sources online to help you with compressing a PowerPoint presentation.
