1. Select a Memory Psychology topic of interest.
– Find at least 7 academic journal articles on the topic.
– Articles must be different from materials used in the course (i.e., textbook, lecture add-on materials).

2. Combine information from your articles to answer these questions:

– Do not have extra/unnecessary space between paragraphs/sections.

– You must reference information in the paper and include a reference list at the end of the paper in APA format.

Question: Australias constitution indirectly refers to the separation of powers. What is the separation of powers? Are these powers actually separate? Use an example (case) to highlight your answer. (11 November 1975 is one example that may be used but any can be chosen).

Each of them should be written as a policy brief from the students, as the Secretary of Health, to the Minister of Finance (through your own Minister, of course). As you write the brief, you must put yourself or your group into the role of the Secretary.
Each paper should be four pages long, double-spaced, in 12-point Times New Roman font. The paper cannot be longer than four pages. A minimum of 5 sources required. Paper must be cited in APA format with intext citations.
The paper should be written in a very clear and very crisp manner, with short sentences, short paragraphs, and as few words as possible.
Each paper needs to be written in a manner that will allow the aide of the Minister of Finance to brief him/her on the contents of the brief in about 3 minutes in a car on the way to some meeting, since that is what often really happens.
Each paper should be written about a country in a different region of the world. The papers should be written on low- or middle-income countries, since they are the focus of the course. This will allow you to use the papers to explore selected health and development issues in a variety of settings in a manner deeper than you will be able to do only in the classroom.
The paper should answer the following questions:
What is the nature and magnitude of the problem?
Who is affected by it?
What are the risk factors for the problem?
What are the health, economic, and social consequences of the problem?
What few priority steps do you recommend be taken to address the problem, at least cost, and what is your rationale for these recommendations?
Write the summary and every topic sentence as if it is the only thing that the Minister of Finance is going to read. Your evidence-based story line should include who gets the disease, why they get it, why I should care, and how the problem can be addressed in the fastest and least cost manner. When you make your argument, give information about the relative cost-effectiveness of your proposal with evidence.
The briefing note should follow the above outline, with one exception. It should start with a single paragraph that summarizes for the Minister all of the points you want to make. That summary paragraph would read something like 5-6 sentences single space:
About AAA people die every year of TB in our country. The incidence of TB is YYY. About UUU people in our country get drug-resistant TB every year and about HHH% of those who are infected with HIV have active TB disease. TB affects largely the urban and rural poor and stems from poverty, general ill health, and the lack of coverage of our health services. TB causes illness for an extended period, stops people from working, causes them to spend large amounts on health, and leads many families into poverty. DOTS is a low-cost approach to TB diagnosis and treatment that we are not using sufficiently. We must immediately expand our DOTs program, starting in the north, where the disease burden is highest. We must increase case detection and treatment success rates. We must also pay special attention to the diagnosis and management of drug-resistant TB and to TB/HIV co-infection.
Each paper must begin with this one paragraph tells all summary, written in single line spacing.
Paper 1 Week 2:
Paper number 1 will summarize, for a country of your choice, the key nutrition issues faced by the country, who they most affect, key risk factors, their link with health and economic development, and what might be done to address them in cost-effective ways.

the sampling process by responding to the following discussion prompt and

A researcher based in
Miami wants to learn about the experiences of homeless people in the United
States by conducting interviews with them. He plans to conduct in-person
interviews with the homeless people he samples. He is having trouble deciding
how to draw a representative sample of homeless people because homeless people
are difficult to find, often move from place to place, and are often cycled in
and out of homelessness. The researcher has one year and a $5,000 grant with
which to conduct his interviews.
Your task is to help
this researcher.

sampling frames (sources) from which he can draw his sample?

Imagine presenting a project and waiting for everyone else to open the discussion. No one wants to comment. There is a loud silence in the room. Remarks are finally made but judging from their remarks, it appears that everyone in the room supports the project. the comments are all positive. Bad appearances can be deceiving. Many people maybe discontent and keeping their reservations to themselves. This silence, discontent, reservation can strangle a project to death. the true sentiment may be that people oppose the project. Silence and the lack of closure leads to false decisions. These are false because they eventually get undone by unspoken factors and inaction.

Part II: Build a Portfolio
You will work to design an investment strategy for the scenario above.

Guidelines:
1. You can use any combination of stocks, bonds, index funds, mutual funds, or even investment ideas you didnt
learn about in class (e.g. REIT) . Although, you must include at least one stock, one bond (may be a bond fund),
index fund, and one Mutual Fund or ETF. You must include the ticker symbol on the chart for each individual
investment.
2. Your strategy should demonstrate smart investing concepts you learned about in this unit. For example, you
should not invest your entire $350/month in Nike shares, as youve been explicitly advised NOT to do that.
3. You can (pretend) use an online broker account, hire a financial advisor, or something else to execute your
investing.

Implementing a Health Information System

Although change is inevitable in the field of health care, the introduction of a new information system can nevertheless bring considerable stress to an organization and its staff, especially if the implementation strategy is not well defined and the actual implementation of that system not well planned. The more care that is taken to identify and address even small details and concerns upfront, the less likely it is that there will be major headaches later on.

To prepare for this Discussion, consider the types and purposes of systems that are implemented in health care organizations and the needs of the diverse stakeholders (including providers, staff, and patients) who use these systems. Then select a specific type of system that is used in a health care organization.

Write a 1,300-1,400 word paper in which you discuss the movie Sorry to Bother You in terms of Afro-Surrealism and the films social significance. The writing process for this paper begins with watching the film, of course. But after that, study the readings below. Start with the resources on writing. Then, read Millers Call It Afro-Surreal. Points B, 2, 6, and 8 seem especially useful in relation to Sorry to Bother You.
When you write the paper, your first body section probably should be about Sorry to Bother You. Do not provide a plot summary! But do provide a brief summary of the films events. Then talk about characters, themes, and/or scenes which are important to you. Be sure to anticipate how you will connect them to Millers ideas about Afro-Surrealism; youll need to be able to do that for the next step.
The next section should address Afro-Surrealism, explaining what it is and giving some examples of it. Then a final section should talk about how Sorry to Bother You is Afro-Surrealist.
