A nursing care delivery model is the method used to provide care to patients. Each nursing care delivery model has advantages and disadvantages, and no single method is ideal. Managers in any organization must examine the organizational goals, the unit objectives, the patient population, staff availability, and the budget when selecting a care delivery model.

Select a Nursing Care Delivery Model from the literature. Start by reviewing Chapter 12 for your Leading and Managing in Nursing textbook.

So I have a final paper due but its putting three of my papers together and then adding on. The three topics are already written but she said the mistakes have to be fixed

Your final paper is a compilation of all the elements from previous Milestones plus a comprehensive conclusion. If you had any recommendations for improvement, be sure to include them. I do compare your milestones to your final project to evaluate for improvement.

Historical Project:
Choose a historic site in North Carolina (state or federal site, interpretive center, exhibit, etc.) to visit and
relate its significance to NC history. YOUR SUBJECT MUST BE APPROVED BY ME AHEAD OF
TIME in the proper assignment submission box in Module 4 (Due Fri. Feb. 3 at midnight). Projects must
be 3 full pages and no more than 4 pages, 12-point font, double-spaced analysis with standard margins.
Save as a Word document AND NOT AS A PDF. Add a title page (not in your page count). Your sources
should include at least one primary source and four secondary sources. These projects are worth 300 points, SO TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY and must include:
