SHOWDOWING Elementary school – PRICIPAL/ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL/DISTRICT LEADER PAPER: Identify a principal, school leader,
district administrator, or higher education administrator, who will allow you to “shadow” him/her for at least half of a work day (a minimum of three hours). This activity must take place during Quarter 3/Spring Semester. By shadowing this leader, you will be following this

assignment, identify a social norm that you would like to disobey. Do not break any
governmental or institutional law or rules for this assignment, as social norms can aid in safety
for the community. I will not allow breaking the social norm of wearing a mask and social
