Use information covered within class and provided to you within the presentations to give detailed descriptions about nutrition and health related fitness components. Explain the topics in detail as if you are presenting this to someone who is unfamiliar with the topic. You will first explain the topic at hand, then explain your habits and how they relate to the topic. For the nutritional analysis, explain what your current eating habits look like, what you feel strongly about versus what you know could use more focus and work. However, the relationship between management theory and practice is not straightforward, and translating theory into effective action in any particular context may require considerable modification and adaptation.
Your Task
You should consider the question of the extent to which motivation theories can be regarded as a straightforward guide to management action in practical situations. You should consider a range of theories, published practical case studies of motivation theory in action, and your own experience in the workplace.
