Explain main factors inhibiting giving and receiving feedback in organizations and explain strategies for feedback to be considered and integrated into HSEM organizations.

Explain main factors inhibiting giving and receiving feedback in
organizations and explain strategies for feedback to be considered and
integrated into HSEM organizations. Then, based on the Table 1 in
Rudolph et al. (2007) elaborate on various types of debriefing
approaches and suggest which approach would be the most recommended when
assessing HSEM and why? Finally, locate a historical (past case) After
Action Report from a critical incident and evaluate whether it falls
along the lines of tactical debriefing or psychological debriefing and
why?

Quantitative Analysis Plan

Book for Class : Bryman, A., Bell, E., Reck, J., and Fields, A. (2019). Social Research Methods. New
York: Oxford University Press.

Below, I attached the survery questions and my interview report.

Quantitative Analysis Plan: 2 Pages
Using the Qualtrics survey that we
created, develop an analysis plan:

a. Give a one-paragraph introduction to the topic that you are researching.

b. Choose one dependent variable and five independent variables from the survey.
Say:
1) what they are (in words, not question numbers)

c. 2) provide the response categories (these come directly from the survey)

d. 3) state the level of measurement:

• Tell me what your hunches (hypotheses) are about how your independent
variables are related to your dependent variable (five hypotheses, one per
independent variable);

• Describe the univariate statistics that you would use to analyze the data (for
each of your six variables, will you use a mean, median, mode and/or percentage
to summarize your data?):

• Describe the crosstab you will run on the variables.

Module Three Activity Guidelines and Rubric

To break the project down into more manageable pieces and provide an opportunity for your instructor to provide feedback, you will draft a few sections of your project in Milestone Two. Make sure you upload both the Communication Plan Template and the Hiring Request Form in your submission.
Submit your assignment here. Make sure you’ve included all the required elements by reviewing the requirements and rubric.
Overview
In this milestone, you will draft two new sections of your project. The first portion of this milestone asks you to apply communication theory as you analyze possible solutions to business problems. The second portion of this milestone asks you examine how technology has impacted the field of communication and to consider how this may impact emerging careers.
You are the communication director at Acme Widget Co. and oversee a small team of direct reports. The CEO has recently brought three items to your attention that he would like you to address.
Part I: Communication Plan
The first item impacts external communication strategies. A new bicycle model that was part of a prerelease trial recently received many poor reviews on a prominent online marketplace website. One of the most-read reviews was from a customer with a high user following. The review read:
“I’m an avid biker, and I was all for the automatic downhill braking feature on this bike, but ten minutes into my first ride, the automatic braking kicked in while I was still on a flat stretch and threw me over the handlebars directly into the road. Thankfully, there was no traffic and I walked away with just some nasty scrapes and bruises. This could have been a lot worse if I were riding on a busy road. If you’re riding in any kind of high-traffic area or intend to go faster than 5 mph, do NOT get this bike!”
There was a problem with the prerelease braking sensor, but it was fixed before it was released to the general public. You need to explain to your team how you can work together to rebrand the product and use multiple mass-media channels to reach various audiences to increase sales, despite the poor reviews.
The second item impacts internal communication. It has come to the CEO’s attention that employees aren’t reading the monthly newsletter, a lengthy but helpful print publication that addresses everything from birthday shoutouts to organizational announcements. Recently, employees have been chatting about an upcoming reorganization of staff and getting anxious, but aren’t reading the newsletter that has accurate information. It is important for employees to read the publication so they can get accurate information at appropriate times, avoid spreading misinformation and speculation, and keep everyone informed. You’ll need to create a few key strategies that can help increase the efficacy of information sharing with employees.
Part II: Hiring Request
The third item impacts the size of your team. The CEO informed you that your department has been given a substantial budget increase in order to hire for three new communication positions that will help the company address current and emerging trends in the field. While the funds have been allocated for this purpose, you will need to explain the need for these new roles.
Prompt
Part I: Communication Plan
Use the Communication Plan Template to complete the criteria below. As you complete these sections of the communication plan, make sure to use Module Four resources to guide you, and cite any sources you use in APA format.
Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:
Business Problem Identification:
Define each problem the business faces in the Part I scenario.
Identify and explain the communication theory or theories that most appropriately explain the root cause of the problems.
Potential Solutions:
Draft a few possible solutions to each business problem in the Part I scenario. (These will be refined at a later date, and bullet points are okay to use in this section of this milestone.)
Theory:
Explain how you are considering communication theory as you brainstorm and evaluate potential solutions.
Describe specific theories that can help you understand the business problem.
Explain how a potential solution could be supported by a specific theory.
Explain how a potential solution can be ruled out as ineffective based on a specific theory.
Part II: Hiring Request
Fill in the Trends section of the Hiring Request Form to explain the current state and emerging future of communication. As you complete this section, make sure to use Module Five resources to guide you, and cite any sources you use in APA format.
Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:
Professional and Social Trends:

Explain how each trend you identify is improving or impeding communications, making sure to support your analysis with supporting resources.
New and Emerging Technologies:
Describe new and emerging technologies that are impacting the field of communication.
Explain how each is improving or impeding communication.
Guidelines for Submission
To complete this project, you must submit the following:
Template: Communication Plan Template Word Document
This template will guide you as you complete your communication plan. For this milestone, you only need to complete the sections Business Problem Identification and Supporting Theories. You will also need to draft a few ideas for solutions to each business problem in the Proposed External Communication Solution and Proposed Internal Communication Solution sections.
Template: Hiring Request Form Word Document
Use this Hiring Request Form to explain why your department requires new positions. For this milestone, you only need to complete the Trends section. It is suggested that you continue to add to your Milestone One submission, where you have already filled in the Historical Context section of this template.

Essay on a Myth

The Final Project
The Final Project is an opportunity to demonstrate your critical and creative thinking skills as you reflect on our course material. Please adhere to these instructions as you craft your project:
Step One: Choose one myth to read and study carefully. While the myth can be one that was not assigned in class, it must be taken from our textbooks: Ovid’s The Essential Metamorphoses or Thury and Devinney’s Introduction to Mythology.
Step Two: Using your myth as the basis for this project, select one of the four project options listed below and complete your project, uploading it to this assignment page in the acceptable format.
Final Project Options (Choose One)
Option 1: Re-visioning the Myth.
Rewrite an episode of the myth (or the entire myth if it’s short) from the point of view of a different character (not the protagonist or primary character). In doing so, generate and suggest new insights (list found on page 14) with your original content.
For example, you might re-write parts of Epic of Gilgamesh through Enkidu’s point of view, giving him a fuller voice in the story.
Option 2: Explicating the Myth.
The more traditional option, Option 2 is to write a thesis-driven academic essay on the myth of your choice. Select two of the “Insights Obtained from Myths” found on page 13, and demonstrate their presence in the myth that you choose. An explication calls for a detailed, in-depth explanation of the myth in question.
For a brief example, you might write a paper on the psychological and anthropological insights to be found in the Gilgamesh’s loss of the prize in the Epic.
Option 3: Myth and Memoir.
Drawing from Campbell’s stages of the Hero Quest (aka “Hero’s Journey”) and at least two examples from a myth (or myths) from our textbooks, offer a memoir (autobiographical telling of events in your life) that includes in-depth, detailed explanations why the myth (or myths) and stages that you chose are especially meaningful.
For a brief example, you might relate a story in which you “Crossed the Threshold” or found “Supernatural Aid” in your own quest for something meaningful. You might then include some parallels to stories from our textbooks. [Academic Integrity Note: this paper must be original to this class: do not re-purpose an English essay, for example, written on a similar topic].
Option Four: Expansion of the Myth.
In this creative writing option, you “pick up the story where it left off” by writing an original sequel or continuation of the myth. Please do not introduce characters outside of the mythology of the culture that produced it, and adopt a similar tone to the original. Figurative language, attention to detail, and shaping of theme are called for in this writing.
For a brief example, you might write the further adventures of Pandora. What is her life like after the events Hesiod describes? How does she feel about what has happened?

ENGLISH COMPOSITION II 4

Choose one item from the following list that you understand well enough to evaluate. Develop several criteria of evaluation that you could defend to distinguish excellence from meritocracy in the area. Then choose an item you don’t know much about and explain the research you might perform to discover reasonable criteria of evaluation for it. Smart phones, NFL quarterbacks, fashion designers, Navajo rugs, UN secretary generals, contemporary painters, hip-hop bands, organic vegetables, athletic shoes, historic U.S. battlegrounds, breeds of dogs, former British prime ministers.
Find an obituary or eulogy of a famous person who died in the past 6 months. Analyze the types of claims the document makes about the accomplishments of the deceased. Explain what types of criteria of evaluation hold the article together. Also explain why the person should be respected or admired.
Find a topic of social responsibility that is of interest to today’s university students. Write up a plan of how you’d prepare a proposal to deal with the topic.
Find a hot issue proposal in the news today that you REALLY disagree with. It may be a political initiative, cultural innovation, technological advancement, or lifestyle change. Study the idea more deeply than you have to date then compose a proposal argument based on your deeper understanding of the proposal. You may take a stance either for or against the issue.
