Formulate comprehensive and appropriate client education in relation to prescribed and non-prescribed pharmacologic agents.

I choose Baby Boomers and the condition will be constipation. It will be a PowerPoint presentation with 2-3 slides with information on prescribed and non-prescribed treatments. Formulate comprehensive and appropriate client education in relation to prescribed and non-prescribed pharmacologic agents.
First, decide which age group you would like to educate on prescribed and non-prescribed (over the counter) pharmacological agents: Baby Boomers, Generation X, or Millennial’s

OR do you have another approach you’d like to use? Remember that this is not an academic presentation, but rather patient education. Avoid medical terminology, make it fun, and visually appealing. Be creative

Major League Baseball permanently moving a baseball team to the Dominican Republic

Overview: For this third milestone, you will submit a financial analysis of the sport organization and selected market. You will estimate capital requirements for
the project, and project whether expansion would or would not be successful based on the company’s financial overview and capital requirements. You will use
the feedback provided from this milestone to refine your information for the final feasibility study due in Module Eight.
Prompt: First, provide an overview of your selected organization’s finances to set up a description of the economic feasibility of the proposed project. Submit a
balance sheet to provide a snapshot in time of the organization’s financial situation. Next, estimate capital requirements for the project and include a budget as
well. Finally, project expected future earnings, should the project be implemented, and include a projected income statement.

Specifically the following critical elements must be addressed:
V. Financial/Economic Feasibility
A. Provide a written overview of your selected organization’s finances. In addition, submit as an appendix the most recent balance sheet along
with any other financial statements you used in your analysis.
B. Estimate capital requirements for the proposed project, such as cost of stadium rental, office rental, and so on.
C. Project whether the expansion would or would not be a success based on the company’s financial overview and the capital requirements
necessary for expansion.

Note: Element V.A does not appear in the Final Project Rubric.
Guidelines for Submission:
Your paper should be submitted as a 2- to 3-page Microsoft Word document (not including appendices and supporting documents),
with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and at least two peer-reviewed sources cited in APA format. The sources you provide in
your final feasibility study may overlap with those of earlier milestones.

Criminology Assignments

I need several assignments done in one document. Each rubric and description for each type of assignment is attached. (10 pages total) THIS IS NOT one cohesive assignment but several 1 page (except the independent study which should be 3 pages) assignments under the same order 🙂

A literature review is a 1-page write-up based on relevant research identified by the you. Each literature review summarizes the research questions, data, methods, findings, and integration/application of a criminal justice research article, selected by the student. That selection should come from a peer-reviewed academic journal, and have a clear connection to the topic of law enforcement violence. A reading recap is a 1-page summary of the research questions, data, methods, findings, and integration/application of a selected criminal justice research article based on relevant research curated for this course.

Data discovery involves the identification and integration of relevant data for conducting evidence-based policy analysis on a given topic.
Please write 2 separate reading recaps (see rubric):

1 relating to predictive policing
1 relating to crime and place

The independent study: (see rubric)

It involves a literature review, data discovery, and crafting a methodology for conducting a data-driven, decision-oriented, crime and justice policy study.

I will attach files for literature review and data discovery

Topic: Sexual Assault in U.S. academic instiutions. I would like to investigate the frequency of legal action taken against reported sexual assault in U.S. academic instiutions. At the moment I am mainy motivated to research this issue in higher education settings, I believe this topic is highly relevant with sexual assault being an ongoing reported crime at universities across the country. As someone who has seen it happen with no reprecussion on the abuser, I would like to further investigate how frequent it is for a case to be fully legally investiaged once reported.

Please find all articles needed for each assignment (must be scholarly peer reviewed sources: look at the rubric please)

System Based Practice in Nursing

Systems-based practice
in nursing involves patient care from a wider perspective and requires
practitioners to “demonstrate an awareness of and responsiveness to the larger
context and system of health care, as well as the ability to call effectively
on other resources in the system to provide optimal health care” (University of
Maryland Medical Center, 2022). This
approach includes special attention to cost awareness, risk benefit analysis,
patient care quality advocacy, inter-professional teamwork, system error
identification, and developing and implementing systems solutions.

Response to Discussion Post about Right or Privilege

Cook et al (2018) tells us that “over 50% of deaths in the United States are attributable to chronic diseases, many of which are directly linked to health behaviors such as diet, exercise, and smoking” (p. 108). These statistics show us that many diagnoses are avoidable. However, even with this in mind, our job as nurses is to take care of our patients. If we refuse patients medical care, we are denying them basic human rights. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, no matter what their life may look like outside of the hospital or clinic. Just like we can’t tell someone’s health by simply looking at them, we also cannot decide who “deserves” healthcare based on health behaviors.
The Affordable Care Act was put in place to bring health care coverage to more Americans. It expanded the eligibility criteria for Medicaid and stopped insurance companies from turning down patients due to any pre-existing conditions. This law has helped to take down barriers that were preventing many people from being able to receive medical care. I would say that this law is definitely in favor of providing care to everyone as a right, regardless of health status or health habits.
According to Hall and Doran (2016), smoking causes almost 170 billion dollars in healthcare costs every year. Another 156 billion dollars is lost due to premature deaths and second-hand smoke exposure. Not only is it crazy that smoking costs this much every year, but it is also sad that it is preventable. 42,000 deaths a year are caused by second-hand smoke. Smoking not only harms the one that is smoking, but also those around them.
When compared to the United States, Japan has a much higher coverage when it comes to healthcare insurance. Japan has a universal insurance system in place that brings the same medical care and treatment to all citizens (). Japan and the United States both are facing the reality of an aging population. The citizens of Japan have a longer life expectancy than many other countries and some suspect that that is due to the healthcare system that is in place. In certain religions throughout Japan, diseases and illness are often seen as unclean and impure, which is different from most of the United States. Other religions in Japan generally view aging as the natural process of life which is similar to many views in the States.

Response to Evan Discussion: Peer Review

Peer
Response Guidelines: Review the drafts of at least two peers, looking first for
peers who have not yet received feedback. The most useful feedback will relate
to their specific questions and be grounded in the Final Project Guidelines and
Rubric PDF document. To help with this goal, identify the critical elements in
the rubric that align with each of your peer’s three questions. If your peer
asked more than three questions, you may choose three questions to address that
another peer has not already addressed.
