Obesity and Psychosocial Stress in Urban Adolescents
This essay is meant to be an epidemiological observational study that I would potentially conduct.
As you would see in any scientific research article, the paper should follow the sectioned format of:
-Introduction & Background
-Methods
-Discussion
(More precise details are in attached uploaded file. There are several things I included in parenthesis as “Type In Paper” in Bold font that should definitely be included in the paper as it is a foundational guide). Other than that, feel free to use your creativity in this. You can also gain insight from other epidemiologcal/ scientific research articles for jargon. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me asap. Thank you!

It also requires covered contractors to take affirmative action to ensure that equal opportunity is provided in all aspects of their employment. Read more about Executive Order #11246.
The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA)
This law protects people who are 40 or older from discrimination because of age. Read more about The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA)
Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA)
This law makes it illegal to discriminate against a qualified person with a disability in the private sector and in state and local governments. The law also makes it illegal to retaliate against a person because the person complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination investigation or lawsuit. The law also requires that employers reasonably accommodate the known physical or mental limitations of an otherwise qualified individual with a disability who is an applicant or employee, unless doing so would impose an undue hardship on the operation of the employer’s business. Read more about Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA)
The Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act of 2008 (ADAAA)
This act emphasized that the definition of disability should be construed in favor of a broad coverage of individuals to the maximum extent permitted by the terms of the ADA. Read more about the ADAAA.
Title IX, Education Amendment of 1972 (Title IX)

Discrimination based on sex includes, the exclusion of participation and access, denial of benefits or subjection to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. Read more about Title IX, Education Amendment of 1972 (Title IX)
The Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA)
VEVRAA requires federal government contractors and subcontractors to take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment, specified categories of veterans protected by the Act and prohibits discrimination against such veterans. In addition, VEVRAA requires contractors and subcontractors to list their employment openings with the appropriate employment service delivery system, and that covered veterans receive priority in referral to such openings. Read more about VEVRAA.
Jobs for Veterans Act (JVA)
The JVA was amended in 2002 to revise and improve employment, training, and placement services furnished to veterans, and for other purposes. Read more about the Jobs for Veterans Act
The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (GINA)
This law makes it illegal to discriminate against employees or applicants because of genetic information. Genetic information includes information about an individual’s genetic tests and the genetic tests of an individual’s family members, as well as information about any disease, disorder or condition of an individual’s family members (i.e. an individual’s family medical history). The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009
The act amends the Civil Rights Act of 1964 stating that the 180-day statute of limitations for filing an equal-pay lawsuit regarding pay discrimination resets with each new discriminatory paycheck. The Act was based on a S.C. decision holding that the statute of limitations for presenting an equal-pay lawsuit begins at the date the pay was agreed upon, not at the date of the most recent paycheck, as a lower court had ruled.

SimBio Labs homework
SimBio Lab 6: Nutrient Pollution
Overview
This lab introduces you to the concepts of eutrophication, nutrient limitation, simple food chains, ecosystem ecology and biomagnification. It also demonstrates one of the main causes behind fish kills. In this simulation of a simplified model of a temperate lake you will follow and describe changes in populations of phytoplankton, zooplankton and trout as various parameters are changed.
Learning Objectives
Predict how increasing the availability of a limiting nutrient will impact organisms that directly use that nutrient.
Conduct and interpret simple experiments to determine if a given nutrient is limiting a particular population of phytoplankton.
Predict how the effects of nutrient pollution will be indirectly modified by adding or removing higher trophic levels.
Predict how concentrations of a biomagnifying molecule in a population will qualitatively change over time, depending on the population’s trophic level.
Determine whether a toxin biomagnifies, based on a graph showing its average concentration in the tissue of organisms at different trophic levels.
Interpret graphical data from an experiment with a single quantitative independent variable.

Benchmark : Supply Chain Integration
Supply chain integration is a major contributing factor to organizational success. The goal of supply chain integration is alignment within the supply chain. As a business leader, how can you achieve greater supply chain integration with suppliers and customers?
Amazon is a prime example of a company that has successfully managed its supply chain to achieve growth and profitability. Research the progression of Amazon’s supply chain integration. Write a 1,000-1,250-word paper that address the following questions:
How do sales and operations planning in supply chain integration impact the company overall? What would Amazon’s medium- and long-term forecast inform the operations management department? How do logistics, transportation modes, and warehouse locations impact Amazon’s competitiveness?
How does global sourcing and procurement impact the overall effectiveness of the supply chain? What are the benefits and challenges that have occurred when outsourcing logistic and other functions?
How has Amazon successfully leveraged e-commerce strategies to promote supply chain integration and boost sales and growth for the organization? Which strategies have been particularly effective and why?
Do you feel that Amazon sets an example for other companies to model regarding supply chain integration? Be sure to explain your rationale.
How would conscious capitalism and a Christian worldview impact Amazon’s supply chain integration?
Incorporate five to seven resources to support your paper.

Child growth & Cognitive Development
After reflecting on all that you have learned in this course, share in your initial post what you believe is the most important evidence-based strategy, intervention, or program that promotes improvements in children living in diverse situations. In addition, discuss how you could use your knowledge of these evidence-based practices in your future human services career.
When responding to classmates, ask questions to help them consider other evidence-based practices that could provide better outcomes in the same or similar settings. Suggest other ways in which knowledge of these evidence-based practices could be utilized in their future career.
WEEK 4 PROJECT Advance Theoretical Perspective
pl use the template provided Week 4 Project
Your paper should contain the following sections:
Background: contains two subsections, which includes a brief description of the theorist and the phenomenon of concern in the theory.
Theory Description: a description of each of the concepts in the theory, a diagram of the theory, and a description of how the concepts are related.

Application of the Theory:
Describe two studies that used the theory as a framework for their study, including a description of how they operationalized the concepts.
How could you use the theory to research a phenomenon in your area of clinical practice? How would you operationalize the concepts?
You MUST use the attached template here to complete your paper.
The paper is to be thoroughly researched and well documented, with relevant material from the nursing theorists presented incorporated into the paper.
