Hii! I am doing a research paper! I was assigned to come up with a research question, in which I chose to do it on “How do people of color experience discrimination in the workplace?” I will attach the book that we read in class in which we need to add citations and use it as a reference to tie into my research question in my essay. I need a total of 6 sources, the book I attached can already be counted as one. The rest of the sources may they please be peer reviewed articles or books. I need body paragraphs to answer and explain reasonings to the research question, maybe one of them can focus on how people of color experience discrimination in the workplace but how it may affect their mental health and how they perform at work. We can also use topics such as oppression, sexism, discrimination, etc. In my conclusion paragraph may you please add why this topic is important and how it incorporates with my job, I work at a child care center/preschool so maybe we can say something along the lines of it’s important for me to be aware of these problems in the case that it may happen at my job and I can take action etc. May you also add an APA reference page if possible, a reference page counts as a page! I can do my title page. Thank you so much I will attach the rubric and further instructions for the paper as well as the link to the book which is called “Is everyone really Equal” by Sensoy&DiAngelo we read in class. If you have any questions please reach out to me!

Comparative Analysis Class Brainstorming
Instructions
In the discussion board chat, write out responses for each prompt or question in the steps below. (Feel free to do this assignment in a handwritten notebook or different software platform from home or your personal computer and upload it to the discussion as a picture, photo, or screenshot).
Step One: Review Your Essay One Poem
Consider how the poem you choose for essay one approaches the idea of justice:
“climate change”
With what social movement or idea is it most concerned?
What values does the poem seem to express?
What is the political context of the poem (or what political overtones does it seem to express?)
What rhetorical strategies does the poem employ (how does the speaker seem to compel the audience towards their message or beliefs)?
Step Two: Compare your Selected Poem with Chesnutt’s Short Story
Continue working with your analysis notes from last week’s assignments by comparing Grandison from “The Passing of Grandison” with the Speaker’s message from poem you chose to analyze in weeks one and two
Create a Venn Diagram or a T-Chart that compares the rhetoric used in both texts and their approach to power
Consider the following: genre (spoken poem vs short story) context (time text was published, setting, audience, theme, central conflict, speaker vs. character) theme (message, politics, conflict, what is being repeated) audience (who is the text’s indented audience), rhetorical strategy (how is the message delivered to the audience; is it delivered successfully, or does it fall short? Be sure to explain your answer.)

Advertising Plan
Students are required to create an Advertising Plan for a brand of their choosing (Mcdonald’s). As part of the marketing mix within the IBP framework, an Advertising Plan is driven by key marketing objectives that are transferred to the Advertising Plan. In other words, it is important to believe the brand can benefit from the output of an Advertising Plan that has clearly defined objectives derived from key business and marketing objectives.
Therefore, each student must select a brand that has a high potential to benefit from Integrated Brand Promotion efforts (such as advertising and other related IBP components). Using figure 8.2 on page 166 as the outline for the Advertising Plan, prepare a 6-8-page paper addressing the key aspects of each section of an Advertising Plan.
Add supplemental charts, tables and statistics, but do not include them in your page total. It is highly recommended to draw from the work within your other assignments (if using the same chosen brand for those assignments) into the Advertising Plan.
Summarize the five advertisements. What do you think JetBlue’s voice is? What do you think the brand’s values are?
For this assignment, you are to answer the following prompts:
1. Summarize the five advertisements. What do you think JetBlue’s voice is? What do
you think the brand’s values are?
2. Analyze the advertisements with respect to color. Back up your claims with at least
two sources (can be the class assigned readings).
3. Analyze the advertisements with respect to font. How do the advertisements line up
with the suggestions provided to us by the three readings?
4. What about the brand logo? Why do you think the brand decided to do an overhaul?
Does it work? Why or why not? Back up your claims with at least two sources (can
be the class assigned readings).
5. What about the overall design? What works, doesn’t work?
Your case study analysis must include properly cited references (APA Style) to the assigned
readings. The paper should be written in 12-point font, formatted as double spaced, and uploaded
as a .doc file (PDF files will be accepted, but are not preferred; however, a paper submitted as a
Pages (MAC) file will receive an automatic 0).
Controversial treatments
CONTROVERSIAL TREATMENTS
Numerous controversial treatments are promoted for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Almost all behavior analysts agree that these treatments lack sufficient empirical support. These treatments include facilitated communication, sensory integration, hyperbaric oxygen chambers, elimination diets, chelation therapy, floortime, and more. Conduct an Internet search for information on one of the topics mentioned above. If you would like to choose a topic not listed, first message your instructor for approval to be sure it is not evidence based. Also research the treatment in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysisor other professional ABA journals.
Identify at least one pro statement that supports the use of the treatment. These may come from experts, therapists, parents, or others. Also, identify at least one con statement that opposes or refutes the treatment.
Summarize these statements and evaluate your findings. Discuss at least three relevant ethics codes that you have learned in this course thus far.
Explain how to effectively evaluate treatments to determine if they are evidence based or not.
Explain, in your conclusion, how you would discuss the importance of using evidence-based strategies with colleagues and the families with whom you work while also respecting other professions and the people involved.
Assignment Requirements
Your assignment should meet the following requirements:
