Explain how the grounded theory actually used in the study and how themes developed by using Grounded Theory.

Hi,Actually, I have completed my PhD dissertation writing, but the committee members have concerns about some points, and I need your help to improve/expand them.1- In page 18, add additional depth and background on Saudi Vision 2030 to the Literature Review, and make them in good connections and transitions in the text. (half page).2- In page 41, explain how the grounded theory actually used in the study and how themes developed by using Grounded Theory. (half page)3- In page, add additional information on reflexivity and saturation in the Methods section. (one page).4- Present differences between male and female participants in the Results and expand on the findings in the Discussion. In the results, only a few things were added about gender differences. Some of it (cooking viewed as a female hobby) should have a source. A more comprehensive discussion is needed. In the Discussion, only a few things were added. It needs more in both Results and Discussion, but more importantly, it needs more thought-out conclusions ( You can add some sentences in appropriate and associated spaces in finding or discussion chapters) (total of them one page or so).5- Expand the explanation of the implications of this study in the Discussion section. Make a stronger case to answer the “so what” question and provide specific recommendations for different constituencies (for instance address implications for activists, government, businesses, universities). ( 2 pages).6- In page 102, I added gender differences as future areas of study but it needs be more context. Please be IN DEPTH IN as much as you can in all next added works!! and Any changes or addings need to be tracked via Track Changes in MS Word or any other distinguished way to help me knowing all added works.I have attached the draft of dissertation. Please let me know if you have any questions.Comments from CustomerDiscipline: media and mass communication

What have you found most interesting/challenging?

M‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌id-Term Reflection As we approach mid-term, share your thoughts on your learning experience in this course so far. What’s going well? What have you found most interesting/challenging? Have you had any “aha” moments or is there something we need to do differently? Please also include interesting material, videos, or articles from the current module. Requirements for Discussion Boards: Make an initial post of minimum 250 words HERE IS SOME INFO TO HELP WITH THE POST This is a Humanities class This week’s discussion board is slightly different. There is no specific prompt question tied to the module content. Instead, the discussion invites you to share ideas about the course so far. Any constructive thoughts will be examined for possible integration during future course updates. It is also an opportunity to share the resources you have found helpful and think others could benefit, too. With that, let me share a quick tip on how to conceptually distinguish the two types of scientific inquiry. One of the most convenient ways to understand and remember these logics is to think of the process as going eithe‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌r from smaller pieces to a general conclusion (inductive) or from a general idea to concluding about smaller parts (deductive). In the former you are trying to come up with a general rule or pattern, while in the latter, you operate with a rule or a pattern to explain a particular/smaller happening. What in their freefall along with religion caused them to overcome their dark and dreary surroundings?

The first two files are the rubric for the layout and guidelines on how the paper should be written. The next two files are the actual guidelines for the Research Paper placed by the professor and the file after is how I came up with my thesis.(this file is optional. I just included it to help grasp a few other ideas you think would helpful towards the paper.
This thesis-driven paper is based on the next three files which are the primary sources: Lila, Sweat, and Araby. All three stories have a common themes with each character involving religion despite ptsd, abuse, love other than for God, and freefall . Despite the stories having a common dark and dreary environment/surrounding the main character of each story overcomes it in the end with religion and faith by their side to pick them up in their freefall while also figuring out who they were based on their ethics and personhood. What in their freefall along with religion caused them to overcome their dark and dreary surroundings?
The following files are secondary sources to help support the thesis. All sources need to be cited properly in MLA 9 format.

Discuss 7 depictions of sociological terms, concepts, and/or theories that we have talked about throughout the semester.

This assignment is to show you that sociology can be applied to just about anything. It will also illuminate the subtle
ways norms are reinforced in our society.
Choose ANY one media source (a book, a movie, song lyrics, a television show) and discuss 7 depictions of sociological
terms, concepts, and/or theories that we have talked about throughout the semester. The beginning of your paper should
include the name of the media source and a brief descriiption of it. Then you should have 7 short paragraphs, each
paragraph should consist of:
1. The sociological theme you found (and underline it),
2. The definition/descriiption of this sociological theme.
3. An example of how this sociological theme can be applied to your media source.
This assignment should be typed, double-spaced, with 12-point font.
It might be helpful to skim through your textbook as a refresher prior to completing this assignment. Do NOT give me a
plot summary! You need to discuss characters, scenarios, etc that can serve as an example of a sociological theme. For
example, you might read that a character in your book does something deviant or criminal. Find a theory of deviance that
explains why this character commits deviance or crime. You might see that a character in your movie does something that
is a stereotypical gender role (a woman cooking dinner, a man mowing the lawn, etc). How does this portrayal reinforce
gender norms in our society? Is this portrayal more a reflection of the Conflict Theory (that gender roles create
inequality) or the Functionalist Theory (that gender roles help society function smoothly)? Your goal in this paper is to
illustrate to me that you can apply what you have learned in this class

W‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌rite a written submission of an amicus curiae to the International Criminal Court (ICC) supported with appropriate references and authorities (i.e literature etc) exploring whether the treatment by China of the Uyghurs falls: (1) within the scope of crimes against humanity under International Law; Or (2) within the scope of genocide under International Law Amicus Curiae brief This is a practice-oriented assessment. It will specifically focus on themes and debates examined in the second part of the module. What is an amicus curiae? You are invited to take on the perspective of an amicus curiae. Traditionally an “amicus curiae”, or “friend of the court”, refers to a person or organisation that is not a party to the proceedings before the court and who assists the court by providing information, legal or factual expertise, or a unique point of view or insight that is relevant to the determination of issues before the court. The submission of amicus curiae briefs is a well-developed practice in many common law jurisdictions, as well as before international human rights tribunals (such as the European Court of Human Rights and Inter-American Court of Human Rights) and international criminal tribunals (including the ICTY, ICTR, SCSL, STL, ECCC). The assessment will be focused on a situation before the International Criminal Court (ICC). Your task will be to write what is called “an amicus curiae brief”. The ICC permits the use of amicus curiae where a Chamber considers it desirable for the proper determination of the case. Applications are granted at the discretion of a Chamber if the Chamber finds that the proposed observations would be “desirable for the proper determination of the case”. A Chamber may invite or give leave for a state, organisation or person to submit written or oral observations on any issue that the Chamber deems appropriate at any stage of the proceedings. (Rule 103 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence). The ICC Statute (Article 68 of the Rome Statute) and Rules include provisions permitting the participation of victims in proceedings. In particular (Rule 93 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence), a Chamber may seek the views of victims not represented in proceedings. During the Reparations phase of proceedings, Article 75(3) of the Rome Statute additionally provides that, prior to making any order for reparations, “the Court 3 may invite and shall take account of representations from or on behalf of the convicted person, victims, other interested persons or interested states”. Moreover, the Prosecutor, when considering whether to initiate an investigation is empowered to seek additional information from States, organs of the United Nations, intergovernmental or non-governmental organizations or any other source considered appropriate (Article 15(2) of the Rome Statute; Article 54(3) once an investigation has commenced). The assessment You will be asked to write a moot amicus curiae. This will be based on the assumption that you have been granted authorization to submit your observations to the Court. It will be moot because it will not be based on an actual situation under investigation or trial at the ICC. However, it will be based on a real situation of conflict and/or human rights abuses. Your task will be to submit observations to the Court detailing why you, as a person, state or organization, believe that a given situation should, or not, fall under the jurisdiction of the Court. This will re‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌quire you to obtain a good knowledge of the geopolitical dimensions of the situation and of the mandate of the Court. The assessment will include both a formative and a summative component. Formative component of the assessment – A pre-recorded session will be available on Week 9 to explain what this assessment is about. – The lecturer will arrange a live online large group session after week 9 to take questions on this assessment. Summative component of the component You will write a brief based on your readings . You will have to decide and justify whether you are a State, an organization or a physical person. Generally, submissions are limited to questions of law. However, you may have to take into account the geopolitical dimensions of the situation. Formally, your application will need to include the following information: (a) Your name, address and interest in the case as an amicus curiae; (b) Your reasons for believing your observations will aid in the proper determination of the case or issue; (c) Your qualifications and why you, because of your position or expertise, are well positioned to assist the Court; (d) The issue or issues you seek to address. Your arguments will need to be substantiated, from a legal and geopolitical point of view. This means that you will need to build a credible case in favour or against the jurisdiction of the Court in relation to your assigned situation from the point of view of a State, an organization or a physical person. You will also be required to include a bibliography, adequately formatted, listing the sources you have used to build your argument. The bibliography will not be included in the word count. 4 Assessment criteria Beyond the general assessment criteria applied to essays, you will be assessed on your capacity to build a substantiated argument (both legally, and based on geopolitical facts), in a concise and specific manner. What does each of the descriptives tell you about the data set?

C‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌ombo order 1 page Coursework for Excel This assignment is due Week 1: Sunday by 11:59 pm ET. Many statistical procedures call for complex and lengthy mathematical formulas. Thankfully, there are a wealth of software programs that can calculate these statistics for us. You may have heard of some of these programs, and many have incredible functionality for those who work with statistics on a regular basis. For the vast majority of us who are not statisticians, Excel is a commonly used program and has an excellent variety of statistical tools available. In order to utilize and access these tools easily, your first step will be to add on the data analysis toolpack to your Excel account. If you are completely unfamiliar with Excel, the link to the Excel help website is listed in your Lifeline, and will provide you with the basics of navigating the software. Your module notes have introduced you to descriptive statistics. The videos below also provide additional information on skew and kurtosis: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSSRrVMOqlQ (Links to an external site.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t0vkRd_FNi0 (Links to an external site.) Let’s run some descriptive statistics using Excel. The short video at the beginning of the assignment walks you through the data analysis toolpack add-in and the process for running descriptive statistics. ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS Using the D‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌ayton & Montgomery County Public Health website (Links to an external site.), pull the data from the first graph on the website, which shows the accidental overdose death totals for the county. Limit your data to 2017, 2018 and 2019, and enter that data into an Excel worksheet. 1. Label your worksheet “Accidental Overdose Death Totals Montgomery County,” 2. Label your column A “Month.” 3. Label column B “2017”, column C “2018”, and column D “2019” and enter the respective numbers of overdose deaths per month. 4. When you are done labeling your worksheet and entering the data, calculate your descriptive statistics for the three data sets. *Note, you will follow the instructions in the above video and produce three output tables. a separate Word document (2-3 pages), imagine you are describing your data to a layperson. What does each of the descriptives tell you about the data set? Be sure to describe what each variable on your Excel output table tells the reader about what the data actually says for each data set. Compose this document as if an individual is approaching you, asking for information about the overdose deaths in Dayton for these three years, and cannot actually see the data. Identify the differences in each of the three data sets’ descriptives (2017, 2018, 2019). 6. Be sure and save your worksheet as we will revisit it later‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌.

What are signature assignments and how do you select the best one to include in your portfolio?

Your portfolio is a way to gain your competitive advantage in the marketplace. Throughout the course, you will be editing previous coursework and uploading to your portfolio. In addition, you will create new artifacts (items that you want to showcase) to include in your portfolio. Your portfolio should include a diverse collection of artifacts that represent you. Consider how you will use the portfolio after the completion of the course? How will you use the final product to enhance your personal branding?

For the second part of our discussion this week, please answer the following questions. Based on your reading and und understanding, how would you describe an ePortfolio? How do you develop one? What are signature assignments and how do you select the best one to include in your portfolio? Will you include videos and pictures?

Be creative as there is not a right or wrong response. Provide details of the artifacts you would like to include. Consider what will be of value to the person reviewing the artifacts. When you respond to your peers, consider artifacts they may not have included.
