Consider that you are a Healthcare Informaticist. Provisional Recommendations: Provide your next recommendations for how you would improve the system. Options can be do nothing, upgrade system, perform more analysis, modeling, etc. Be specific and give rationales for each recommendation.

Develop a storyboard for the course project. (Review chapter 6-Quality and Performance Improvement in Healthcare book for additional information on storyboards.) Brainstorm issues or opportunities for improvement observed in academic setting, general community, or a healthcare setting. The issues can be educational processes such as enrollment, receiving financial aid, or customer service issues in relation to the bookstore, registration, etc. In a healthcare setting, there may be issues with receiving service due to shortage of staff, incorrect medication, etc. Current processes with the local government or general public service that do not seem to be working might be good opportunities for improvement. For example, Covid-19 solutions, processes at the grocery store or online purchases, and/or the department of motor vehicles that need improvement might be evident.
