Explain your findings as well as the general concepts related to overhead variance analysis.

Affordable Handbags Company (AHC) has been in business for three years and is growing steadily through an increase in product production. The company creates three handbag-style products: shoulder bags, wallets, and strapless buckle bags. AHC began as a single-person entrepreneurship venture in which the CEO designed each bag design. It uses two assembly lines to build products, as the wallets are assembled separately from the additional handbag styles. Business has increased by direct costs, and the products are marketed and sold online through two different vendors.

You have been tasked as a cost accountant to assist AHC in conducting an Overhead and Variance Analysis that identifies product direct costs. Write an essay that includes your findings in 800-1,000 words. Explain your findings as well as the general concepts related to overhead variance analysis.

Evaluate the standard and actual cost sheets provided to calculate direct product costs for AHC. Allocate the overhead cost and provide a detailed variance analysis including both rate and volume variances for labor, raw materials, and factory overhead. First, calculate the standard dollar costs for the units of output. Then provide a detailed analysis using all six variances.

Required:
Compute the standard dollar costs for the units of output.
Compute AHC factory overhead volume variance.
Compute a detailed analysis of AHC Labor using both rate and volume variance.
Compute a detailed analysis of AHC Raw materials using both rate and volume variance.
Compute a detailed analysis of AHC Factory Overhead using both rate and volume variance.

Write a research paper discussing how the company meets society’s requirements and upholds its obligation to carry out tasks for the common good by making wise financial judgements.

I will provide you with the completed components 1 and 2

3 and 4 component are being completed when completed you will then combine all the work into one and the powerpoint.

Final Submission – Part 1

Access the four previously submitted component assignments and ensure that they have been revised to incorporate all instructor feedback.

For this part of the assignment, your group will integrate all four written component assignments into one 2,250-word comprehensive analysis that details the nine-step assessment process from start to finish.

Additionally, include an explanation of how ethical implications factored into your assessment of the company’s financial future. How does the company uphold its responsibility to carry out work for the common good and to meet society’s needs by making sound financial decisions?

Prepare this part of the assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.

You are required to submit this assignment to LopesWrite. A link to the LopesWrite technical support articles is located in Class Resources if you need assistance.

Final Submission – Part 2

For this part of the assignment, create a 10-12 slide PowerPoint presentation summarizing the overall results from all four components of your group’s financial analysis. The content of your presentation should demonstrate evidence of revision to incorporate instructor feedback from the previously submitted component assignments.

While APA style is not required for the body of this part of the assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.

You are not required to submit this part of the assignment to LopesWrite.

General Requirements

This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.

Identify a company and explain if/where/how Facebook Ads and Google AdWords (or other advertising options in social media that you find to be of value) would be part of the marketing mix.

Identify a company and explain if/where/how Facebook Ads and Google AdWords (or other advertising options in social media that you find to be of value) would be part of the marketing mix. You can choose any number of topics to work with (including SEMrush, SEOquake or others).

Please take into account the key differences between these Facebook Ads and Google AdWords and other advertising media you might highlight and discuss how these influenced your thoughts.

There is a process to social media, including knowing what platforms you should be on and what ones that you should not be on. This is critical as not all businesses should be on all platforms. The key is knowing what works for you and which ones do not.

Attached is background material that can help for the context of what the paper should be about.
Include what platforms the company should be on and what ones that they should not be on? This is harder than you might think, as not all brands should be on all platforms. For example, GE Hydroelectric and L’Oreal should be on very different platforms and have distinctly different approaches.

The key is that every platform performs a bit differently and there can be numerous types of platforms.

Included the below questions:

What process do you undertake to determine where you should be? Are there points that make sense for knowing that you are on the correct platform?

What platform is the right platform?

What steps do you use to ensure that the platform is working for you and that it is the right process?

Also, do you test to see if the platform makes sense for you? This is often important also and the key is how you test.

The minimum word count for the content of this is 1,000 words and is coming from an SEO perspective. Please include links for sources.

What are the three social viewpoints on health and illness that should be covered in a research paper?

You should also include at the end a) one question or b) one issue from the readings that you would like clarified or addressed in recitation.
Responses should be between 150-250 words, plus the question for recitation.

A few reminders:
150-250 words Must include a citation with a page number to Link and Phelan and Watkins-Hayes (this is true for written options).

Write a research paper explaining how the environment, parasites, and predators impact the moose population fluctuations in Isle Royale National Park.).

For this assignment, you are asked to complete an audience analysis based on a topic of your choice.

To be successful, you will need to provide plenty of specific detail. The more specific detail you can provide, the more successful you will be in moving forward with a writing project.

For your specific purpose, create it as an infinitive phrase. It should begin with “to inform,” “to persuade,” or something similar. (Example: To inform my audience how predators, parasites and the environment affects the fluctuating moose population on Isle Royale National Park.)

What were the highlights of your learning, including concepts and ideas that will help you to identify and write a sound purpose statement?

Reflective Discussion
In your initial discussion post, due no later than Day 7 of Week 4, reflect on your learning about writing purpose statements. As you think about what you have learned this week, include answers to the following questions:

What were the highlights of your learning, including concepts and ideas that will help you to identify and write a sound purpose statement?
What additional information or support would be useful in helping you to write a purpose statement and align your problem and purpose statements?

Vulnerable population
Variables that place the vulnerable population at risk (minimum of three)
Health risks and disparities for which the population is at risk (minimum of one)
Identify one national population health goal or objective that relates to the identified risk or disparity (such as Healthy People or another national initiative). Write a research paper with speaker notes that discusses health policy and a power point presentation on population health risks or disparities.

Write a research paper with speaker notes that discusses health policy and a power point presentation on population health risks or disparities.

Select one health policy that addresses a population health risk or disparity. Policies to consider may be at the unit, organizational, community, local, or state level.

Determine the purpose and intended impact of the policy. Assess the congruence of the policy with current national population health goals and objectives (such as the Healthy People initiative, or another national initiative). Based upon your analysis, consider recommendations to further address the health risk or disparity, as well as interprofessional opportunities to enhance health outcomes.

In a 10–14 slide PowerPoint presentation, address the elements listed below. Include a minimum of four scholarly sources, current within 5 years, to support your work. See the rubric for specific, required content criteria within each section of the presentation.

Provide an introduction to the presentation.
Describe one health policy that relates to an identified health risk or disparity. Summarize the intended impact of the policy on the risk or disparity and discuss ethical implications regarding the policy.
Examine the policy within the context of a national population health initiative and determine the degree to which the policy is congruent with that national population health goal and/or objective. Explain your findings.
Propose one strategy to further address the health risk or disparity and discuss opportunities for interprofessional collaborative practice related to your recommendation.
Provide a conclusion to the presentation.
