Write a short research paper discussing Employee Loyalty (EL) in today America, including its forms, methods, current trends, how it affects profitability, short-term and long-term effects, how companies bolster employee loyalty, statistics characterizing EL and employee turnover.
Compare EL in the US with EL in other countries, including Japan and/or Korea, and contemplate how cultural differences influence EL
Discuss EL from a business ethics point of view. Consider EL applying all four methods of ethical reasoning (utilitarianism, rights, justice, and virtue; they are discussed in chapter 5, pages 106-110). Discuss how other companys stakeholders can be affected by EL, and how they can influence EL. Use examples including from your own experience.
I dont insist on you covering all these topics, instead, you can concentrate on just some of them. I do want you to have a structured paper preferably with some statistics and with your observations and conclusions. You are welcome to use your own experience.

Introduce the controversy you are researching. Explain what the controversy is, where it is happening, how long it is happening, and why we should care. Transition in a second paragraph that introduces the two articles. Be sure to provide authors’ names, the titles of the articles, where they were originally published, and when they were published. Explain how they support opposing positions on the same issue. End with a thesis that points to potential areas of common ground in the articles.

For this paper, students will use the material from Chapters 10-12 from Give Me Liberty and the supporting sources provided to write a response to ONE of the following prompts. You are not allowed to use any information except was is provided in the class readings and/or videos (if applicable).
Students may choose ONE of the following prompts to write on:
1. Analyze the political changes of the 1820s and 1830s. Why did the U.S. achieve universal white male suffrage? How did this influence the campaign tactics of the Democrats and Andrew Jacksons election? Do the issues of Jacksons presidency support his image as the protector of the common man?

2. Analyze American slavery before the Civil War. What experiencessuch as work, treatment, and food/housingcharacterized slave life? How did slaves develop a different culture and what ways did they try to cope or resist? How did the abolitionist movement shed light on problems of slavery and work towards its end?

Introduction
This project will demonstrate your ability to think critically about the relationships between the health care system and the decisions that leaders make.
Scenario
You have been asked by the CEO of your organization to propose a project to address a specific need and to develop a feasibility study to determine if the proposed project should be undertaken.
Your Role

Requirements
Complete each section of the feasibility study as completely as possible, and support it with relevant evidence. The length of your feasibility study will depend largely on the project or program you are proposing to address the need of your organization. Be sure that each section is fully addressed.
Your feasibility study should:
Provide relevant information on the organization (Section I – u03 attachment).
Analyze the objectives of the proposed program (Section II – u03 attachment).
Explain why you are proposing the program.
What systems issues will it address?
What systems will be affected by it?
Where does it fit within the organization?
Explain how both patients and the organization will benefit from implementing the proposed program.
Provide evidence that the program is needed.
Explain the value of the program (Section III – see “DRAFT” attachment).
How well does it align with the organization’s mission?
How well does it fit with existing programs and services?
Do competitors offer something similar? If so, how will your program give your organization a competitive advantage?
Analyze the potential financial and economic issues of implementing the program (Section IV – see u07d1 for scope/reference).
Identify any economic issues that could affect the success of the program.
Explain how your program could affect the local economy (both positively and negatively).
Identify possible funding sources.
Estimate the cost of implementing and maintaining your program.
Analyze the marketing issues associated with your program (Section V).
Explain how your program may affect the existing marketing approach.
Explain how your program will meet the needs of the target market demographic.
Explain how you will differentiate your program from those of competitors.
Determine how the program may affect the entire organization (Section VI).

Therefore, the feasibility study is a professional document and should follow the corresponding MBA Academic and Professional Document Guidelines, including single-spaced paragraphs.

Title page. (What is the title of your proposed program?)
Executive summary. (Many executives require an executive summary for projects of this type. The summary is written last, but becomes the first section of the feasibility study and provides an overview of the goals and objectives, summarizes the key points supporting the need, summarizes the key points supporting your proposed program, and includes your conclusion and recommendations.)
