Afro surrealism connection to the film “Sorry to bother you” editing

Expand paper 2 to 2,000-2,100 words by considering the Afrofuturistic characteristics of one or two characters in Sorry to Bother You and explaining how those characters relate to a current societal need or to current societal pressures. Before you start this expansion project, it would be good to review the readings for paper 2 and maybe even watch the movie again.
To start consider which characters inspire you or trouble you, or maybe which character you can relate to, or one that provides an important lesson. Then list the ways that character is Afro-Surreal. Then think about what needs the character is responding to, and follow up on your thinking by researching those needs. As you explain how your character is Afro-Surreal, you should quote Millers manifesto, and you should definitely explain your quotations, as they can be quite difficult to interpret.

A). Consider a research topic of interest in Education. When selecting a research approach to this topic, what would you identify as the major strengths and criticisms of the scientific method and each of the three alternative approaches to research (the normative, interpretive and critical approach)? Which approach would you select to address your topic, and why? (500 words).

B). A researcher wants to conduct a study to find out how much adolescents know about sexually transmitted infections. To what extent will this study be constrained by legal and/or ethical considerations? What will these constraints be and how will they limit the researchers ability to investigate adolescents knowledge of sexually transmitted infections? What should the researcher do to protect the human subjects? (500 words).

C). Identify two major theoretical frameworks as they relate to your research topic. Explain how these two different philosophical standpoints lead to different methodological (quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods) approaches to the research. Provide examples of how each of the approaches (epistemological and ontological) has contributed to educational research. (500 words).

Advocacy and Activism

Discuss how professional nursing organizations support the field of nursing and how they advocate for nursing practice. Explain the value professional nursing organizations have in advocacy and activism related to patient care.

Project Resources and Cost Assignment

The purpose of this assignment is to complete resource scheduling
and cost problems. Complete the following Chapter 8 exercises: Exercises
2, 5, 6 and 11.
Use Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Project to complete these
exercises. Provide requested short answer responses in a Microsoft Word
file.
Submit your Microsoft Word file, along with your Microsoft Excel
and/or Microsoft Project file.
This assignment uses a scoring guide Please review the scoring
guide prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the
expectations for successful completion.

2.
Given the network plan that follows, compute the early, late, and slack times.
What is the project duration? Using any approach you wish (e.g., trial and
error), develop a loading chart for resources Carpenters (C) and Electricians
(E). Assume only Carpenter is available and two Electricians are available.
Given your resource schedule, compute the early, late, and slack times for
your project. Which activities are now critical? What is the project duration
now?

6.
You have prepared the following schedule for a project in which the key
resource is a backhoe(s). This schedule is contingent on having 3 backhoes. You
receive a call from your partner, Brooker, who desperately needs one of your
backhoes. You tell Brooker you would be willing to let him have the backhoe if
you are still able to complete your project in 11 months. Develop a resource
schedule in the loading chart that follows to see if it is pos-sible to
complete the project in 11 months with only 2 backhoes. Be sure to record the
order in which you schedule the activities using scheduling heuristics.
Activities 5 and 6 require 2 backhoes, while activities 1, 2, 3, and 4 require
1 backhoe. No splitting of activities is possible. Can you say yes to Brookers
request?

5.
Develop a resource schedule in the loading chart that follows. Use the parallel
method and heuristics given. Be sure to update each period as the computer
would do. Note: activities 2, 3, 5, and 6 use two of the resource skills. Three
of the resource skills are available. How has slack changed for each activity?
Has the risk of being late changed? How?

11.
Given the time-phased work packages and network, complete the baseline budget
form for the project.
