The intent of this assignment is to investigate and research in depth a specific aspect of organizational behavior in Education to include structural racism by researching and reading extensively in the specific aspect of organizational behavior in education of the student’s choice.

As a director of a preschool program one primary responsibility is to plan ongoing professional
development opportunities for your staff. Create a professional development plan by outlining
staff training and a two-year cycle for ongoing professional development. Be sure to include the
following elements in your professional development plan.

2. Specific, time-bound, measurable, professional staff development goals that relate
