This will give you an overview of the key elements of a report. You need to select the components that pertain to the themes addressed as you completed the assignment. While you do have some freedom in the headings you choose for inclusion in your report, every report must include the following headings:

Contents

Introduction and Background

Findings and Analysis

Conclusions

References
Be sure that your name and report title are displayed first on the cover page.

Make sure that all of the headings follow APA format and layout.

APA format is required and you must include citations and references.

You are to imagine an ethical dilemma in the workplace and then subsequently solve the dilemma using all information learned in the course. The ethical dilemma must include someone you know well (friend, family member) engaging in an unethical action. Your friend or family member is the culprit, the antagonist in the story. The paper must be written in 2500 words 12-point Times New Roman font, with spacing 1.5, fully justified paragraphs, with an indent for each paragraph. When someone speaks, their comments must be in quotes.

Citations. You are not required to cite materials, but you are required to explain the concepts we discussed in the course. I will look for at least five (5) concepts learned in the course. Please put in bold letters the concepts we discussed in the class, and those which you are using to solve the ethical dilemma.

The following guidelines should be followed and will be used to grade your homework:
• All code to be implemented and submitted as a jupyter notebook (.ipynb) file.
• This is an individual homework assignment; no group submissions will be accepted. If you discuss in groups, please write your code individually and submit.
• Sample runs shown in the question should be used as a guide for implementation. However extensive testing needs to be done on your code to deal with all test cases that might possibly be executed.
• The high-level algorithm of how you are solving the problem should be documented in the cell preceding the code in markdown language.
• The instructions for running of each cell and the expected results should be documented in the cell preceding the code using markdown language.
• Every code segment in the jupyter notebook cells should be well documented with comments. Use # in the code to provide comments and they should explain the algorithm step and what the code segment is doing.
• Error checking in your code is very important and differentiates a high-quality programmer from a low quality one. Hence you should account for invalid user inputs, infinite loops, out of range results, etc. and resolve them by appropriate error messages. The homework will be graded for robustness of your code.

Students will be required to write a 3-5 page original and non-plagiarized review of the literature on a really exciting area within the field of psychology. The first draft of your paper is due in the 7th week of class. This should be a completed paper and not just an outline. There is only one assigned writing (other than weekly discussion board posts) throughout the semester so it is expected that you will have ample time to write a really outstanding and original paper. I will be available throughout the semester to provide feedback and assistance if needed so get started early and reach out if needed. The Target Breach happened many years ago, but the ramifications of it are still very present. I want you to do a deep dive into it and learn how the breach actually happened – from initial compromise, to exfiltration of data, finally to the time the breach was officially announce.
I know what kind of information is out there, as I have done a full paper myself for work. However I do know that it will take some digging. I am giving you until April 17th to work on this paper. I highly recommend you don’t wait until closer to the due date to start. This paper will need the following information to be considering complete:
Initial Point of Compromise
How the initial compromise happened (attack method)
The Malware used in the attack
How the Malware works (What is its function)
How was data exfiltrated
Who was the source that notified Target of the breach
What was the fallout from the break (monetarily)
You will need at least 4 separate external sources, and the book does not count. Citations should be in APA Format.
