The Carl Hayden team wins the robotic competition by utilizing a variety of strategies for success. Choose one of the following strategies that you have used in the past and discuss both why the strategy was effective for the Carl Hayden team and your personal experience with the strategy:

For this second deep dive assignment, we are reviewing the “isms” and selecting one marginalized group to devise ways we can ally with them to penetrate the social and systemic obstacles that they continue to face even today in 2023. For this assignment, it is suggested that you refer to the following chapters (6, 7, 8, and 9) to choose the marginalized group you are interested in helping as well as giving a brief summary about the previous research about that group (be sure to indicate if your chosen group is a “visible” or “invisible” minority). But the Transition also has a strong theme; there may be great sources of video or music in that field.
