Assignment Question
The essay is 2500 words. This is a problem question, therefore EVERY TIME you are answering the question AND for EVERY ARGUMENT you must follow the IRAC structure (Issues: identifying issues in the case, Rules: definitions, effects, and conditions of the law, Application: applying the law, Conclusion: reach a conclusion).
Referencing style is OSCOLA, I have uploaded a guide to help you. As for sources, ONLY USE ACADEMIC SOURCES such as journal articles books, case law etc.
Every argument needs to be supported with mainly case law, or other ACADEMIC sources. Please write in plain simple english, don’t use complicated words.
