This report must be at least 2500 words in length, and must contain 8 scholarly references (references from websites or Wikipedia are not acceptable.) APA style with a title page, abstract, body and reference page (-4 points per element missing)

Persuasive Paper Having covered basic topics of human resource management, you will write a persuasive paper in which you argue for or against one of the following assertions (100 points): A structured interview is always better than an unstructured interview. Managers can only motivate their employees through monetary means. On the job training is the best training method for all jobs. Human resource management does not affect customer service. The COVID19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the hospitality industry’s image as an employer. The “great resignation” is a sign that the hospitality industry must change to attract talent. Paper specifications: 1. Include a cover sheet with your name, date, name of the class, and a title for the paper. 2. The paper will be 4 pages, doubled spaced, 12-point font. Not including the cover sheet and reference section. 3. Include a Reference Section. You must include 4 references (No Wikipedia). Use APA STYLE for citing and referencing your sources.
