At least two references incorporated into the paper should be from scholarly research articles, found through the UMGC library. An introductory section should discuss the qualities of Type A personalities in commission-based work settings, both pros and cons. Include a general description of a program, directed by a professional psychologist, who will introduce various interventions, such as meditation and exercise, that can reduce stress.

This assignment assesses the following Course Outcome: PS543-2: Analyze employee placement, training needs, and career path based on employee assessment data.

Complete one of the following assessments: CCAT MBTI (16 Personalities) Big-Five Personalities Assessment. Then, complete a 5- to 7-page paper analyzing your results. Include the following in your paper:

Part One: Provide a brief history of your chosen test and description of what it tests. Describe the method of data collection (open-ended questions, multiple-choice, Likert, interviews, etc.). Analyze considerations for validity and reliability of your chosen measure. Provide a brief literature review (3–5 sources) that outlines the criteria and processes for establishing validity and reliability of your chosen measure.

Part Two: Provide an objective analysis of your results, paying specific attention to what your results mean for employment and career track. Consider different perspectives in your analysis. Also, identify two training needs based on your results. Your assignment should be a 5- to 7-page paper, not including the title and reference pages, and should include the following elements: Title page: Provide your name, title of assignment, course and section number, and date.

Body: Answer all the questions in complete sentences and paragraphs. ○ Your responses should reflect professional writing standards, using proper tone and language.
