“Empathy” is the ability to put yourself in another person’s place, and try to see the world as they see it. Use your own empathy to see the world from the eyes of someone with a psychotic disorder like schizophrenia. What do you think it would be like to have schizophrenia? What would be the challenges and unique opportunities for that person?
