I have a qualitative prospectus with my problem statement, purpose statement, nature of the study, and research question. If the problem statement needs to be tweaked, please do. Marijuana is a Schedule 1 drug despite being shown to have several medical applications and questionable addictive properties. Currently, the Federal Government and States are at odds as to the harm of this drug.
