considering the relationship between state restriction policies and infection rates.

Using the Johns Hopkins University data FOR 2020 ONLY investigate for possible correlations between state restrictive/non-restrictive policies and infection rates. The data is for your chosen states which you will compare. Look at trends, not just individual data points. Consider that some periods might have different results than others. THERE ARE NO RIGHT OR WRONG ANSWERS as long as the analysis is done thoroughly. There may be a relationship or there may not be. This is strictly positive analysis and must be objective. Avoid overly stringent claims, like a caused b. Instead there appears/doesnt appear to be a correlation.

in Part 2 you listed factors that you held constant by assumption. In this element you will explain how those assumptions might bias your results. Might your outcome have been different if you didn impose the all else constant requirement. This is essentially a caveat to your results.

Powerpoint presentations- MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving)

You will be provided with an established organization/campaign examine
and analyze. It will be presenteding the form of a PowerPoint
presentation.

The analysis should begin with an overview of the organization/campaign
and then go on to address the following areas: significant individual
campaigns the organization has mounted over time (examine as many as you
feel necessary to illustrate what the organization is all about);
strengths and 5weaknesses of the organizations initiatives;controversies
and criticisms that have resulted; influences and effects of the
campaigns)

you will be creating slides per each component (the overview; individual
campaigns; strengths, weaknesses and controversies, etc.). In terms of
the presentation length, the best guideline is to simply make it as long
as is necessary to get allthe points across in an interesting,
compelling, engaging and complete way. That said, beware of information
overload on each slide. You need to impart information, but writing
paragraphs of text on a PowerPoint is counter-productive.(weight:35%)

note: Make sure to follow all the instructions carefully. Provide
substantial information for all the required sections and include a lots of photos that illustrate the campaign and support the material.

” The Odyssey” (need use quote from book)

One of the most important themes in The Odyssey is the search for the true or authentic self. Odysseus struggles with maintaining his “true” or “authentic” self throughout the poem. What do you think the true or authentic self is? What is the danger of losing one’s own authentic sense of oneself? Where do you see Odysseus struggle with understanding who is he most deeply? How does his sense of self shift as he travels home to Ithaca? What are some ways in which his defining characteristic — his polutropos — poses a threat to his authentic sense of self? What are some ways that Odysseus seems conflicted about who he is most deeply — the mastermind behind the Greek’s victory over the Trojans or the family man who is dedicated to his wife and son?
In your initial post, write a response of at least 500 words that addresses some of the questions raised in the preceding paragraph (you do not need to answer every question). Be sure to support your claims with evidence from the poem. Please put quotes in bold print.

Differential Association Theory & Juveniles

Think back to high school and the cliques you encountered in that environment.
In the essay considering differential association theory, using your memories from high school or other regularly scheduled social gatherings.
Describe the groups (or cliques) present in that environment and the relative propensity to involvement in crime. Does differential association theory explain the behaviors of groups at that age? Why or why not?

Active Labor. Susan Wong

Instructions: Read the following case study and answer the reflective questions. Please provide rationales for your answers. Make sure to provide citations/references for your answers in APA format. REFERENCES NO MORE THAN 5 YEARS .
CASE STUDY: Active Labor: Susan Wong
Mrs. Wong, a first-time mother, is admitted to the birthing suite in early labor after spontaneous rupture of membranes at home. She is at 38 weeks of gestation with a history of abnormal alpha-fetoprotein levels at 16 weeks of pregnancy.
She was scheduled for ultrasonography to visualize the fetus to rule out an open spinal defect or Down syndrome, but never followed through. Mrs. Wong and her husband disagreed about what to do (keep or terminate the pregnancy) if the ultrasonography indicated a spinal problem, so they felt they did not want this information.
REFLECTIVE QUESTIONS
As the nurse, what priority data would you collect from this couple to help define relevant interventions to meet their needs?
How can you help this couple if they experience a negative outcome in the birthing suite? What are your personal views on terminating or continuing a pregnancy with a risk of a potential anomaly? What factors may influence your views?
With the influence of the recent Human Genome Project and the possibility of predicting open spinal defects earlier in pregnancy, how will maternity care change in the future?

Share your thoughts and experiences with “Fake News” in the Digital World.

topic: Share your thoughts and experiences with “Fake News” in the Digital World.
Some things you might consider are: Why do you think the concept of “fake news” has become much more prevalent in the Digital World? What experiences do you have with “fake news”, where you didn’t realize initially that it was fake? What techniques do you use to distinguish between “fake news” and legitimate news? What ethical responsibility (if any) do social media giants have in the distribution of fake news?

Link to West Virginia Chemical Spill info: https://ntp.niehs.nih.gov/whatwestudy/topics/wvspill/index.html

Only references cited in the text are included on the separate reference page. The content should address the following:
Introduction this should be a standalone paragraph that introduces the reader to the entire paper
Summarize the events leading to the chemical spill
Identify three contaminants that were introduced to the water and discuss how these were identified.
Identify two reasons there was concern about the chemical spill.
Based on the information provided from the report and The Human Impact on the Natural Environment, summarize the effect humans can have on bodies of water.
Conclusion this should be a standalone paragraph that summarizes the content and includes an overarching take away message or call to action for the reader

Format the document with APA guidelines (Click on the Center for Writing Excellence link below for help with APA formatting, if needed). The paper needs to include:
Properly formatted title page with page number 1 at the upper right and no Running Head. The title of the paper should be in bold font.
